Claims (20)
- 성형체를 구비하는 임플란트(1)에 있어서,(A) 상기 성형체는, 평균 다공률(P2)을 갖는 제1부(2)와 평균 다공률(P3)(P3<P2)을 갖는 제2부(3)를 포함하고;(B) 상대적으로 낮은 평균 다공률(P3)을 갖는 상기 제2부(3)는, 상기 임플란트(1)의 조작 또는 고정을 위한 부분으로 성형됨을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1부(2)는 상기 제2부(3)와 동일한 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1부(2)는, 상기 제2부(3)를 형성하는 물질과는 다른 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 평균 다공률(P3)과 평균 다공률(P2) 중 적어도 하나는 기울기(Gradient)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 평균 다공률(P2)은 30% 내지 90% 범위 내이고, 바람직하게는 50% 내지 70% 범위 내임을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 평균 다공률 (P3)는 10% 이하이고, 바람직하게는 2% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제2부(3)는, 인레이(Inlay) 형상으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제2부(3)에는, 상기 임플란트(1)를 조작하기 위한 툴과 협력하는 수단 또는 상기 임플란트(1)의 고정을 위한 고정수단의 수용부가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1부(2)는 무기물질, 바람직하게는 금속 또는 세라믹 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 무기물질은, 생체적합성 금속 또는 소결 세라믹으로 구성되는 그룹, 바람직하게는 생체적합성 강철, 티타늄 및 티타늄 합금, 탄탈 및 탄탈 합금, 생체적합성 니켈-티타늄(Ni-Ti) 합금, 마그네슘 및 마그네슘 합금으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1부(2)는, 상호 연결된 다공을 갖는 개방형 다공 구조의 금속성 폼(Foam)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 금속성 폼은, 분말야금 공정, 코팅 공정, 연소합성법 또는 다른 알려진 폼 생산 공정에 의하여 생산됨을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제1부(2)는, 미가공 압분체(green Compact)와 그에 수반되는 다공성 소결체를 생산하기 위한 스페이스 홀더(Space holder) 기술을 사용하는 분말야금 공 정에 의해 얻어지는 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제2부(3)는, 생체적합성 금속이나 합금, 바람직하게는 티타늄, 강철, 탄탈 또는 생체적합성 니켈-티타늄 합금을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1).

- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 임플란트(1)에 있어서,망상의 임플란트가 소결되기 전에, 상기 평균 다공률(P3)을 갖는 물질을 포함하는 인레이가 상기 평균 다공률(P2)을 갖는 물질을 포함하는 미가공 압분체의 개구부로 삽입되어, 상기 임플란트가 망상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란 트(1)의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 인레이는, 상기 미가공 압분체의 개구부로 느슨하게 삽입되고, 상기 미가공 압분체의 일면에 직립하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1)의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 인레이는, 상기 미가공 압분체의 복수의 벽에 접촉하면서 상기 미가공 압분체의 개구부로 삽입되어 마찰에 의하여 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1)의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 임플란트(1)에 있어서,상기 평균 다공률(P3)을 갖는 물질을 포함하는 인레이는 외력에 의해 또는 열 팽창 차이에 의해, 상기 제1부(2)의 소결 후에, 상기 임플란트의 상기 제1부(2)의 구멍 내로 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트(1)의 제조방법.
