Abstract

고안은 하천 설치된 비상비 즉 인양식 수문의 단점을 보완한 설비로서 기존 비상비의 경우 하천의 수위가 높아질 경우 하천수의 역류 방지를 위해 차단이 주요 기능이나, 구조상 수문 안쪽과 바깥쪽의 유수흐름을 완전히 차단함에 따라 배수구역내 강우상황에 따라 내수가 갑자기 높아질 경우, 수문을 다시 들어 올리지(작동)않는 이상 내수배제가 불가능하여 수문 가동자가 장시간 대기하면서 가동을 반복하거나, 그렇지 않을 경우 내수배수 불능으로 내수상승에 의한 침수피해가 가중될 우려가 있어, 이를 개선하기 위해 고안한 사항으로, 기본구조는 비상비 수문 상단부 중앙에 문비의 주요 지지부인 수평빔(BEAM)과 수직빔 사이의 스킨플레이트 강판(9t)을 절개하여 사각으로 통수구를 만든 후 바깥쪽에 후랩(Flap)변을 달아 사각의 통수구를 수위차에 의한 자연압으로 열릴 수 있도록 하여 비상비 차단 후에도 강우 상황에 따라 내수위가 하천수위보다 높아질 경우 후랩 변을 통해 내수가 배수될 수 있도록 하고 반대로 하천수위 상승시는 닫혀 하천수가 역류하지 않도록 한 구조임. 본 고안은 기본 문비의 프레임인 BEAM을 후랩변의 지지대로 활용하기 때문에 별도의 지지대가 불필요한 구조로 기존의 보조문을 구비한 수문의 경우 보조문비부가 받는 수압을 견디기 위해 모체 비상비에 별도로 격자형 보강 프레임을 설치하였으나, 이 격자형의 보강용 프레임이 구조상 유수에 떠내려 오는 각종 이물질이 걸려 보조문비의 개폐작용을 방해하여 하천수위 상승시 닫힘 불량으로 인한 하천수가 역류될 우려가 높으나, 이러한 문제점이 발생하지 않도록 보조 프레임이 없는 구조임. 또한 기존 배수문을 활용하여 프레임의 BEAM 사이의 강판(스킨플레이트)만을 절개 후 후랩변 설치가 가능함에 기존자원을 활용함으로서 자원손실을 막고 적은 비용으로 개조 및 개량이 가능함.The devise is a facility to compensate for the shortcomings of the installed emergency costs of rivers, that is, the floodgates.In the case of existing emergency costs, the blockage is the main function to prevent the backflow of the river water when the water level of the river rises. 기존 대형비상비의 경우, 수문차단시는 수문의 내외의 유수흐름을 완전 차단기능으로 배수로 주변에 국지적인 집중호우로 내수위가 하천수위보다 급격히 상승할 경우에도 내수의 배제가 불가한 구조로 배수문을 작동하여 다시 들어 올리지 않는 이상 침수피해를 가중시킬 우려가 높음. 이번 고안품의 원리는 기존 배수문의 중앙 상단부의 수평빔과 수직빔 프레임사이의 스킨플레이트(강판)에 사각형의 통수구를 뚫고 바깥쪽에 후랩변을 부착한 구조로 수압에 의해 자연개방 및 닫힘이 이뤄지는 구조로써 내수가 하천 수위보다 높아질 경우(수위차분) 자연력에 의해 후랩변이 열리면서 내수가 하천으로 자연방류케 함으로써 방재시설로서의 기능 강화시키는 구조임. 반대로 하천 수위가 상승될 시에는 후랩변이 폐쇄됨으로써 하천수의 역류를 방지하는 구조임. 본 고안품의 장점은 배수문의 골격인 프레임을 이용함으로써 별도의 구조용 지지대를 설치하지 않음으로 유수에 떠내려오는 각종 쓰레기등 지장물이 걸릴 우려가 없기 때문에 후랩변의 닫힘불량으로 인한 하천수의 역류우려를 초래하지 않음에 따라 실용화에 있어서 문제점이 없음. 또한 기존 배수문을 개량화 할 경우에도 기존배수문을 그대로 활용 후랩변만 추가 설치가 가능하기 때문에 별도 수문을 새로 제작해야하는 경제적 손실을 방지할 수 있음 In the case of the existing large emergency, the water gate blockage completely blocks the flow of water in and out of the gate, and it is impossible to exclude the drainage door even if the domestic level rises sharply above the river level due to localized heavy rainfall around the drainage.
