Claims (3)
- 용접로봇차량이 양측면은 론지로 전방은 트랜스로 막힌 부분에서 접합부분을 용접하고, 용접을 요하는 다음 주판으로 넘어가기 위한 이송장치에 있어서,상기 론지가 세워진 선박 블록 전체 주판의 가로지른 폭으로 세워진 프레임과,상기 프레임 양측을 승강장치로 들어올려 주판의 세로 축으로 구동되어 상기 트랜스를 프레임이 넘어가도록 하는 크레인과,상기 프레임 상에 설치되어 상기 프레임의 길이방향대로 구비된 가이드레일을 따라 주행하는 트롤리와,상기 트롤리 상에 설치되어 용접로봇차량이 상하로 승강하도록 구동하는 호이스트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 자동이송장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프레임은 상기 트롤리가 프레임의 길이방향대로 좌우로 주행할 수 있도록 구비된 가이드레일과,상기 프레임 양측 끝부 하단에 설치되어 상기 론지를 상기 프레임에 달린 용접로봇차량이 넘어갈 수 있는 높이로 바닥으로부터 세워진 받침대와,상기 일측 받침대에 구비되어 상기 트롤리와 용접로봇차량을 제어하는 제어 기와,상기 제어기와 함께 일측 받침대에 설치된 용접기와,상기 용접기와 제어기가 설치된 일측 받침대에서부터 상기 트롤리까지 제어 및 전력을 공급하는 전선을 상기 프레임에 행거형태으로 거치하는 전선수납 거치대로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 자동이송장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 트롤리는 상기 트롤리 하단에 상기 가이드레일을 따라 주행할 수 있게 설치된 주행바퀴와,상기 주행바퀴를 구동하는 주행모터와,상기 트롤리 중앙부에 상기 용접로봇차량를 상하로 승강시키는 호이스트와,상기 호이스트를 구동하는 호이스트모터가 일체형으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 자동이송장치.
