Claims (14)
- 충방전이 가능한 이차전지 셀 또는 이를 포함하는 것으로 구성된 모듈 단위체 다수 개로 이루어진 충방전 적층체가 상부 모듈 케이스와 하부 모듈 케이스에 의해 내장되어 있는 전지모듈로서, 하부 모듈 케이스에는 상하 양방향으로 결합을 이룰 수 있는 결합부들(상부 결합부 및 하부 결합부)을 포함하는 체결구조가 설치되어 있고, 상부 모듈 케이스에는 상기 체결구조의 상부 결합부와 연통되는 체결홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상하부 결합부들은 각각 암나사 구조로 이루어져 있고, 상부 모듈 케이스의 체결홈을 통해 수나사 구조의 체결부재를 삽입하여 상기 체결구조의 상부 결합부에 체결함으로써, 상하부 모듈 케이스들을 상호 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 체결구조는 상하부 결합부들이 각각 암나사 구조로 이루어진 인서트 너트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 인서트 너트는 하부 모듈 케이스의 성형시 함께 성형하거나, 하부 모듈 케이스에 장착용 관통구를 천공한 후 삽입하여 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 인서트 너트의 상단은 상대적으로 큰 외경으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 인서트 너트의 상단은 하부 모듈 케이스의 상단면으로부터 만입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 하부 모듈 케이스의 상기 만입형 구조에 대응하여 상부 모듈 케이스의 대응 부위는 돌출형 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 인서트 너트는 금속 소재, 고강도 플라스틱 수지 또는 플라스틱 복합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 체결구조는 모듈 케이스의 외주면 모서리 부근에 각각 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 모듈 케이스와 하부 모듈 케이스의 접촉 경계면은 서로 맞물리는 단차 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 적어도 하나 이상의 전지모듈이 소정의 부재('탑재부재') 상에 설치되어 있는 구조의 중대형 전지 시스템.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 전지모듈의 체결구조의 하부 결합부에 대응하는 위치에서, 탑재부재에는 체결용 관통구가 형성되어 있고, 상기 관통구의 하부를 통해 삽입된 체결부재에 의해 탑재부재에 대한 전지모듈의 결합이 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지 시스템.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 탑재부재는 차량의 내부 프레임 또는 상기 차량 내부 프레임에 고정되어 있는 별도의 프레임인 것을 특징으로 하는 중대형 전지 시스템.
- 제 11 항에 따른 중대형 전지 시스템을 포함하고 있는 전기자동차 또는 하이브리드 전기자동차.
