Claims (8)
- 자동차 연료공급 시스템에 있어서,기존의 디젤연료를 연소시키는 디젤연료 연소시스템(100)과;초기점화용 연료는 기존의 디젤연료 연소시스템(100)에 의해 디젤연료를 일정량 사용하고, 주연료는 천연가스 연소시스템(200)에 의해 천연가스연료를 연소시키는 디젤파일럿 천연가스(CNG) 연소시스템(300);중 어느 한 시스템을 선택적으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 디젤과 디젤파일럿 천연가스 바이퓨얼 연소시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 디젤연료 연소시스템(100)은 디젤연료탱크(10)에서 연료공급펌프(11)에 의해 EUI인젝터(Electri Unit Injector, 12)를 통해 디젤연료가 직접적으로 디젤엔진(30)의 실린더에 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 디젤과 디젤파일럿 천연가스 바이퓨얼 연소시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 디젤파일럿 천연가스 연소시스템(300)은 초기점화를 위해 필요한 최소 량의 디젤연료가 기존의 디젤연료 연소시스템(100)과 페달캠장치(61)에 의해 디젤엔진(30)에 일정하게 분사되고, 주 연료인 천연가스(CNG연료)가 천연가스 연소시스템(200)에 의해 CNG연료탱크(20)에서 레큘레이터(21)에 의해 CNG인젝터(22)를 통해 디젤엔진(30)의 실린더와 연통된 흡기포트(31)에 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 디젤과 디젤파일럿 천연가스 바이퓨얼 연소시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,선택적으로 디젤파일럿 천연가스 연소시스템(300)을 사용시,상기 초기점화를 위해 분사되는 디젤연료의 분사량은 디젤연료 연소시스템(100)을 선택하여 디젤연료만 사용하는 경우와 비교하여 1 ~ 5%정도만 분사하여 디젤엔진(30)의 점화만 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 디젤과 디젤파일럿 천연가스 바이퓨얼 연소시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 디젤연료 연소시스템(100)의 EUI인젝터(12)는 차량 내부에 형성된 디젤제어장치(13)에 의해 제어되고, 상기 디젤파일럿 천연가스 연소시스템(300)을 선택하여 천연가스 연소시스템(200)에 의해 천연가스를 공급할 때의 CNG인젝터(22)는 차량 내부에 형성된 천연가스제어장치(23)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디 젤엔진의 디젤과 디젤파일럿 천연가스 바이퓨얼 연소시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 디젤연료 연소시스템(100)과 천연가스 연소시스템(200)에는 캠센서(40)와, RPM센서(50)와, 페달센서(60)와, MAP센서(70)가 형성되어 각각의 센서에서 측정된 신호를 상호 연계된 상기 디젤제어장치(13)와 천연가스제어장치(23)에 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 디젤과 디젤파일럿 천연가스 바이퓨얼 연소시스템.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 페달센서(60)는 디젤연료 연소시스템(100)과 천연가스 연소시스템(200)을 선택적으로 작동시키도록 형성된 디젤/디젤파일럿 선택스위치(80)에 신호를 보내고, 상기 디젤/디젤파일럿 선택스위치(80)에서 디젤제어장치(13)와 천연가스제어장치(23)에 신호를 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 디젤과 디젤파일럿 천연가스 바이퓨얼 연소시스템.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,상기 페달센서(60)의 일단부에는 디젤을 선택하여 기존의 디젤연료 연소시스템(100)만을 사용하는 경우에는 작동을 하지 않고, 디젤파일럿 천연가스 연소시스템(300)을 선택하여 사용할 때 운전자가 가속페달을 작동시키면 디젤연료 연소시스템(100)에서 점화를 위해 필요한 최소량의 디젤연료를 일정하게 분사시키는 역할을 하는 페달캠장치(61)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 디젤과 디젤파일럿 천연가스 바이퓨얼 연소시스템.
