Claims (8)
- a) 촉매 위에서 두 스트림 I 및 VII에 존재하는 MTBE를 촉매 해리하여 해리 생성물 II를 제공하는 단계,b) 단계 a)에서 얻은 해리 생성물 II를 증류하여 90 질량% 초과의 이소부텐을 포함하는 상부 스트림 III 및 디이소부텐, MTBE, 및 해리 생성물 II에 존재하는 메탄올의 80% 초과를 포함하는 저부 스트림 IV로 분리하는 단계,c) 단계 b)에서 얻은 저부 스트림 IV를 증류하여 메탄올 함유 저부 스트림 V, 디이소부텐, 메탄올 및 MTBE를 포함하는 사이드 스트림 VI, 및 MTBE 및 메탄올을 포함하는 상부 스트림 VII로 분리하는 단계, 및d) 상부 스트림 VII을 단계 a)로 재순환하는 단계를 포함하는 메틸 tert-부틸 에테르(MTBE) 해리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 2-메톡시부탄이 사이드 스트림 VI과 함께 분리 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 a)의 해리가 MTBE의 전환률이 2-메톡시부탄의 전환률보다 더 크게 되는 조건 하에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 a)의 해리가 MTBE의 해 리에 관한 활성이 2-메톡시부탄의 해리에 관한 활성보다 1% 이상 더 큰 촉매 위에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 단계 a)의 해리가 단일 패스에서 50 내지 98%의 MTBE 전환률로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산업적 MTBE가 스트림 (I)로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가 공정 단계 e)에서 MTBE 함유 스트림 (Ia)로부터 저비점 물질을 제거함으로써 전부 또는 일부 얻은 MTBE 함유 스트림이 스트림 (I)로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가 공정 단계 f)에서, 공정 단계 b)에서 얻은 이소부텐 함유 상부 스트림 (III)으로부터 추출에 의해 메탄올이 분리 제거되고, 증류에 의해 물 및 디메틸 에테르가 분리 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
