Claims (1)
- 제조공정 데이터 처리방법에 있어서,소정의 제조공정 데이터 송수신 장치에서 복수개의 단말로부터 각각의 제조공정별 제조공정 데이터를 입력받는 단계; 및상기 제조공정 데이터 송수신 장치에서 상기 입력된 제조공정 데이터를 전체 제조공정을 관리하는 관리 서버로 전송하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조공정 데이터 처리방법.
