Abstract
컵라면은 우리 생활에 간편성과 편리성을 가져다주었다. 그러나 문명의 이기에 따른 환경 문제를 발생하게 하였다. 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 발포성 플라스틱 컵사발 면 통은 사용 후 자연 분해 됨이 없이 대부분 매립되고 있다. 그 과정에서 컵 사발 면 통에 국물을 처리함이 없이 쓰레기 수거봉투에 넣어져 일정 시간 보간되어 매립처리 된다. 이 보관 기간동안 쓰레기 봉 투 속에 국물이 부패하여 악취를 발하며 파리 등 곤충이 마구모여서 위생상 불결함을 발생한다. 더욱이 컵 사발 면 통에 잔유 해있던 국물이 쓰레기봉투 밖으로 쏟아지면 그 불길함은 이루 형용하기 어렵다. 또 사발 면먹고 집어넣은 쓰레기봉투에 구멍이 생겨 부패한 액체가 밖으로 배출되면 그 독성으로 우리환경은 심하게 해를 받게 된다. 그래서 본 발명은 기존의 컵 사발 면 통을 음식을 먹을 때 하나의 용기 통이 되게 하고 쓰레기로 처리할 때 하나의 평면 봉지가 되도록 하여 쓰레기봉투에 차지하는 공간을 대폭 줄였다. 또 봉지형태로 상품이 판매되므로 매장 공간을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다. 재활용이 가능하도록 기존의 사발면봉지보다 두꺼운 PE (poly ethylene) film을 사용하였다.Cup noodles brought simplicity and convenience to our lives. 우리가 무관심에 방치하여 왔던 생활의 자원을 재활용 기술을 통하여 자원절약을 가져오고 하나의 상품으로 개발케 만들었다. 그렇지만 한번 사용된 상품을 다시 재판매 품목으로의 복원에는 고도의 세정기술이 포함된 복원기술이 요구되고 재활용에 상당한 걸림돌이 되어 왔다. 그래서 사용소재를 화학 반응에 안정된 것을 모색하였다. 이런 이유에서 식품에 안정한 polyethylene 소재를 선택하였다. 지금 까지 식후 컵 사발 면 용기는 거의 재처리함이 없이 수거용 쓰레기봉투에 담아 매립시켜 왔다. 그러나 PE로 된 컵 사발 면 용기는 부패 수명이 50년 이상이나 되므로 가능한 재활용하여 자원 절약의 유익을 모색 하였다. 그러므로 재활용으로 사용가능하도록 PE필름 두께를 증가시켰다.Recycling technology has led to the saving of resources and development into a commodity.
