Claims (11)
- 입사광을 직각으로 편향시키는 편향 소자; 및상기 편향 소자로부터의 광을 회절시켜 출사하는 적어도 하나의 회절 소자를 포함하고,상기 입사광 경로와 상기 회절 소자에 의해 출사되는 출사광 경로는 서로 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회절 소자는 반사형 가변 초점 미러인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 편향소자는 비구면 프리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 편향 소자는 구면 프리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 편향 소자는 평면 프리즘이고, 상기 평면 프리즘의 입사면 측에 배치된 렌즈를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
- 입사광을 회절시키는 적어도 하나의 회절 소자; 및상기 회절 소자로부터 광을 수신하여 수직으로 편향시켜 출사하는 편향소자를 포함하고,상기 입사광의 경로와 상기 편향소자에 의해 출사되는 출사광 경로는 서로 수직인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 회절 소자는 반사형 가변 초점 미러인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 회절 소자의 입사면 측에 배치된 렌즈를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 편향소자는 비구면 프리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 편향 소자는 구면 프리즘인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
