Claims (4)
- 드라바이트 토르마린 분말과 ZrSiO4, FeTiO3, TiO2, (Ce, Th, U)PO4 및 YPO4의 성분을 갖고 있는 광석모래 분말의 구성비의 범위가 90:10에서 80:20인 범위에서 5~8%(중량비)의 물과 혼합하여 원하는 모양으로 성형한 다음, 온도를 서서히 상승시켜 온도 1,150~1,180도에서 72시간 이상 1차 환원 소성시킨 다음,다시 24시간 동안 같은 온도에서 2차 소성하는 방법을 특징으로 하는 토르마린 혼합 세라믹 촉매의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에서 제조한 드라바이트 토르마린 분말 혼합 세라믹 촉매를 원통형으로 성형하여 내연기관 및 외연기관의 연료연소 촉진촉매로 이용하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 혼합 세라믹 촉매의 제조방법에서 드라바이트 토르마린 분말 대신에 엘바이트 토르마린 또는 숄 토르마린의 분말을 이용한 혼합 세라믹 촉매 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서 제조한 드라바이트 토르마린 혼합 세라믹 촉매대신에 대신에 엘바이트 토르마린 혼합 세라믹 촉매 또는 숄 토르마린 혼합 세라믹 촉매를 원통형으로 성형하여 내연기관 및 외연기관의 연료연소 촉진촉매로 이용하는 방법
