Claims (8)
- 하기 식 (3) 으로 표시되는 티아졸 화합물의 제조 방법:{식 중, X1 은 수소 원자 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타냄} 으로서, 하기 식 (1) 로 표시되는 화합물:{식 중, X1 는 상기 정의된 바와 같고, X2 는 할로겐 원자를 나타냄} 을 암모니아 및 포름알데히드와 반응시켜 하기 식 (2) 로 표시되는 헥사히드로트리아진 화합물:{식 중, X1 는 상기 정의된 바와 같음} 을 수득하는 단계, 및, 그 후, 생성된 상기 식 (2) 로 표시되는 헥사히드로트리아진 화합물을 산성 조건하에서 히드록실아민과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 히드록실아민의 사용량은 식 (2) 로 표시되는 헥사히드로트리아진 화합물 1 몰당 1 내지 10 몰인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 포름알데히드는 파라포름알데히드 또는 포르말린 형태인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 포름알데히드의 사용량은 식 (1) 로 표시되는 화합물 1 몰당 1 내지 10 몰인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 암모니아의 사용량은 식 (1) 로 표시되는 화합물 1 몰당 2 내지 10 몰인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 식 (2) 로 표시되는 헥사히드로트리아진 화합물과 히드록실아민과의 반응 후, 반응 혼합물을 염기성 조건하에서 소수성 유기 용매로 추출하여 식 (3) 으로 표시되는 티아졸 화합물이 함유된 유기층을 분리하는 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 식 (2) 로 표시되는 헥사히드로트리아진 화합물과 히드록실아민과의 반응 후, 반응 혼합물을 염기성 조건하에서 소수성 유기 용매로 추출하여 식 (3) 으로 표시되는 티아졸 화합물이 함유된 유기층을 분리하는 방법.
