Claims (2)
- 다시마를 첨가한 잘 뜬 누룩가루 혹은 이에 함유된 효소를 칼슘알기네이트 담체에 고정화한 것을 다시마가 혼합된 고두밥, 발효 매체에 혼합적용하여 당화 및 다시마를 분해시키고 여기에 다시마액을 함유한 배지에서 배양한 효모 및/혹은 이를 칼슘 알기네이트 담체에 고정화한 효모를 사용하여 다시마 술을 양조하는 공정과 그 제조방법
- 상기 청구항 1 제조방법으로 제조되는 다시마 술; 탁주, 청주, 증류주 3종.
