Claims (19)
- 제지기 상에 위치하는 그 자리에서 산업용 직물의 표면을 클리닝하는 단계;제지기 상에서 상기 직물이 이동하는 경로를 따라서, 적어도 한쪽 위치에서부터 직물의 한쪽 표면의 적어도 일부분에 나노입자 표면 처리한 코팅을 도포하는 단계; 및상기 코팅을 경화시켜서 상기 나노입자 표면 처리로부터의 나노입자 재료를 직물의 한쪽 표면의 적어도 일부분과 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제지 공정에 사용하는 산업용 직물의 코팅 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화 단계는 32℃ (90℉) 이상으로 직물을 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화 단계는 제지기에 위치하는 가열된 롤을 사용하는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화 단계는 직물에 인접하여 위치한 휴대용 가열기를 사용하여 직물을 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자 표면 처리는 소수성 특성, 소유성 특성, 또 는 소수성 및 소유성 특성 모두를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자 표면 처리는 제1 표면 처리이고 소수성 또는 소유성 특성 중 하나를 포함하며,제지기 상에서 이동하는 직물의 경로를 따라서, 적어도 한쪽 위치에서부터 직물의 한쪽 표면의 적어도 일부분에, 소수성 또는 소유성 특성 중 상기와 다른 하나를 갖는 제2 나노입자 표면 처리한 제2 코팅을 도포하는 단계; 및상기 코팅을 경화시켜서 제2 나노입자 표면 처리로부터의 나노입자 재료를 직물의 한쪽 표면의 적어도 일부분과 결합시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물을 제조한 후 코팅하고, 제지기 상에서 사용한 후, 상기 직물을 제1항에 따라 재코팅하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자 표면 처리는 하나 이상의 샤워기를 사용하여 실시하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 샤워기는 제지기의 기존 부품인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 샤워기는 휴대용 샤워 붐(boom)인 방법.

- 제14항에 있어서, 경화 단계는 52℃ (125℉) 이상으로 직물을 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,제지기 상에 위치하는 그 자리에서 직물의 표면을 클리닝하고;제지기 상에서 상기 직물이 이동하는 경로를 따라서, 적어도 한쪽 위치에서부터 직물의 한쪽 표면의 적어도 일부분에 나노입자 표면 처리한 신규한 코팅을 도포하고; 및상기 신규한 코팅을 경화시켜서 상기 나노입자 표면 처리로부터의 나노입자 재료를 직물의 한쪽 표면의 적어도 일부분과 결합시키는 것을 통해 제지기 상에서 사용 후 그 자리에서 직물을 재코팅하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자 표면 처리는 소수성 특성, 소유성 특성, 또는 소수성 및 소유성 특성 모두를 포함하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자 표면 처리는 제1 표면 처리이고 소수성 또는 소유성 특성 중 하나를 포함하며,직물의 한쪽 표면의 적어도 일부분에, 소수성 또는 소유성 특성 중 상기와 다른 하나를 갖는 제2 나노입자 표면 처리한 제2 코팅을 도포하는 단계; 및상기 코팅을 경화시켜서 상기 제2 나노입자 표면 처리로부터의 나노입자 재료를 직물의 한쪽 표면의 적어도 일부분과 결합시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제12항에 따른 방법으로 형성되는 나노입자 코팅 제지용 직물.
