Claims (11)
- 크기가 25nm이하인 산화 이트륨(Y2O3) 입자를 포함하고 pH값이 3.7 내지 7인 산화 이트륨 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 보론(B2O3)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 이트륨 조성물.
- 이트륨 염을 용매에 용해하여 이트륨 염 용액을 준비하는 단계; 및상기 이트륨 염 용액에 염기성 화합물을 첨가하여 pH값을 3.7 내지 7로 조절함으로써 크기가 25nm이하인 산화 이트륨 입자를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 산화 이트륨 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이트륨 염 용액은 0.01M 내지 1.0M의 농도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 이트륨 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이트륨 염은 질화 이트륨(yttrium nitrate), 이트륨 아세테이트(yttrium acetate) 및 염화 이트륨(yttrium chloride)으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 이 트륨 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물 또는 알코올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 이트륨 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이트륨 염 용액은 보론 화합물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 이트륨 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 화합물은 암모늄 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 이트륨 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 이트륨 염을 용매에 용해하여 이트륨 염 용액을 준비하는 단계;상기 이트륨 염 용액에 염기성 화합물을 첨가하여 pH값을 3.7 내지 7로 조절함으로써 크기가 25nm이하인 산화 이트륨 입자를 포함하는 산화 이트륨 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 산화 이트륨 조성물을 대상체 상에 분무하여 코팅함으로써 산화 이트륨막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 산화 이트륨막의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 코팅한 산화 이트륨막을 490℃ 내지 600℃에서 열처리하여 소성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 이트륨막의 제조 방 법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 대상체는 유리 기판 또는 상기 유리 기판 상에 형성된 형광막인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 이트륨막의 제조 방법.
