본발명은 상기에서와 같은 종래기술의 부족함을 개선 발전시키기 위하여 재료비가 낮은 면상섬유질의 펄프를 중심재료로 이용을 하여 재료비를 절감케 하며 여러개의 롤형태로 감겨진 펄프를 이용하므로서 함침과정에서 여러종류의 두께가 다른 제품이 손쉽게 제품화 되도록 하는 특성을 가지며 함침가공과정을 원활하게 하는 섬유질의 면포가 받침작용을 하더라도 제품의 두께를 위한 작용을 하기 때문에 완제품판재의 가격에 미치는 영향이 없다. 또한 종래기술과는 다르게 2차적 조건의 고온건조와 경화작용이 이루어지며 표면조정과정을 이행하여 경화가 완료된 다용도 복합판재가 연속식으로 다량생산이 가능하게 한다 단지 결점이 되는 것은 완성판재의 표면광택이 종래기술제품에 비하여 저하되는 것인데 결코 단점이라 할 수 없으며 나름대로의 본발명의 특성을 나타낸다.In order to improve the deficiency of the prior art as described above, the present invention uses a pulp of low fiber cost as the main material to reduce the material cost and to use the pulp wound in the form of several rolls. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본발명은 무기질의 미세한 황토와 합성수지계의 멜라민 수지액과의 혼합용액에 면상섬유질인 롤에 감겨진 펄프를 중심재료로 이용하여 다용도 복합판재가 이루어지게 하는데 있어서, 함침하는 과정에서 풀어지거나 늘어나는 것을 방지하기 위하여 섬유류의 부직포 또는 기타 가격이 저렴한 섬유질의 면포를 받침작용이 되게하여 펄프와 함께 겹쳐서 함침하는 단계, 과잉의 함침액을 제거하고 1차건조과정을 거쳐 2차적 조건의 고온건조와 경화작용을 하며, 맞물려 회전하는 로라 사이를 거듭해서 통과하게 하는 로라구조의 표면조정과정을 이행하여 유해할 수 있는 휘발성 물질이 제거되고 경화작용이 완료되는 단계, 상기의 단계를 거쳐 연속식으로 다량생산이 이루어지는 것을 포함하는 다용도 복합 판재가 되는 것에 특징이 있다. 별도로 추가되는 사항으로는 여러종류의 색상판재제조를 위한 유기안료, 무기질분말, 염료수용액, 빤짝이 분말, 금색, 은색분말, 진주색의 펄분말등의 혼합 이용이 가능하며 판재표면의 무늬 또는 특이한 판재 접합을 위한 무늬종이, 무늬면포, 무늬인쇄물외에 동판, 알미늄판, 스텐판, 티타늄판 등등의 금속류판이 표면연출을 위한 접착물로 이용이 가능해지는 점이다.In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses a pulp wound on a roll of planar fiber as a center material in a mixed solution of an inorganic fine ocher and a melamine resin of a synthetic resin system to make a multipurpose composite plate material.
