Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 탄화수소 공급물을 승온에서 분해 촉매와 접촉시킴으로써 더 낮은 분자량의 탄화수소 성분을 생성시킴을 포함하는, 탄화수소 공급원료를 더 낮은 분자량의 성분으로 유체 촉매적 분해하는 동안 재생 대역으로부터의 NOx 방출량을 감소시키는 방법으로서,상기 분해 촉매가 (a) 탄화수소의 분해를 촉진시키는데 적합한 분해 성분 및 (b) NOx 감소 성분의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 (i) 실질적으로 제올라이트를 함유하지 않는 산성 금속 산화물 약 5.0중량% 이상, (ii) 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속 성분 0.5중량% 이상(금속 산화물로서 측정함), (iii) 산소 저장 금속 산화물 0.1중량% 이상(금속 산화물로서 측정함), (iv) 팔라듐 0.1ppm 이상 및 (v) 백금, 이리듐, 로듐, 오스뮴, 루테늄, 레늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 귀금속 성분 0.1ppm 이상을 포함하는 NOx 감소 성분을 포함하는, 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방법이 상기 접촉 단계로부터 분해 촉매를 회수하고, 사용된 촉매를 재생 대역에서 처리하여 상기 촉매를 재생시킴을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 재생 대역을 완전(full) 연소 모드로 작동시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 성분 (a) 및 성분 (b)를, 상기 탄화수소 공급원료를 접촉시키는 동안 유동화시키는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 재생 대역을 완벽(complete) 연소 모드로 작동시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 방법이 유체 촉매적 분해 공정 동안 유체 촉매적 분해 장치의 재생 대역으로부터의 NOx 방출량을 감소시키는 동시에 CO 연소를 촉진시키는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 방법이 유체 촉매적 분해 공정 동안 유체 촉매적 분해 장치의 재생 대역에서 후연소(afterburn)를 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 재생 대역을 완전 연소 모드로 작동시키는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 성분 (a) 및 성분 (b)를, 상기 탄화수소 공급원료를 접촉시키는 동안 유동화시키는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 재생 대역을 완벽 연소 모드로 작동시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 NOx 감소 성분이 별도의 입자 첨가제인 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 NOx 감소 성분이 약 50 내지 약 200㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 NOx 감소 성분이 분해 촉매와 일체형 성분인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 NOx 감소 성분을, 촉매적 분해 장치에서 후연소를 방지하기에 충분한 양으로 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 NOx 감소 성분이 분해 촉매의 0.01중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
