Claims (17)
- a) 부가 중합체 및 미분된 무기 고체로 구성된 평균 크기 ≥ 10 nm 및 ≤ 500 nm를 가지는 입자 (복합재 입자) 및b) 산화 아연, 황화 아연, 산화 철(III), 이산화 주석 및 나아가 루틸(rutile), 아나타제(anatase) 및 브루카이트(brookite) 개질된 이산화 티타늄을 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 1 이상의 미세분말 안료를 포함하는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미세분말 안료로서 아나타제 개질된 이산화 티타늄을 포함하는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1 이상의 추가적 미세분말 안료를 포함하는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1 이상의 미세분말 충전제를 포함하는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체가 Tg 값 ≤ 150℃을 가지는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합재 입자가 ≥ 20 중량%의 미분된 무기 고체 함량을 가지는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안료 부피 농도 (PVC)가 ≥ 10%인 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합재 입자가 복합재-입자 수분산액 형태로 사용되는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제8항에 있어서, 복합재 입자 수분산액이a) 1 이상의 무기 고체의 수분산액을 기준으로 ≥ 1 중량%의 초기 고체 농도에서, 제조 1 시간 후에도, 최초 분산된 고체의 90 중량% 초과를 분산된 형태로 여전히 포함하며, 이의 분산된 고체 입자는 중량-평균 지름 ≤ 100 nm를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 1 이상의 무기 고체의 안정한 수분산액을 사용하고,b) 1 이상의 무기 고체의 분산된 입자는 분산제의 첨가가 시작되기 전의 수분산액 매질의 pH에 상응하는 pH의 표준 염화 칼륨 수용액에서 0이 아닌 전기 이동도를 나타내고,c) 1 이상의 음이온성, 양이온성 및 비이온성 분산제를 고체 입자의 수분산액에 첨가한 후, 1 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체의 첨가를 시작하며,d) 그 후, 1 이상의 단량체 총량의 0.01% 내지 30 중량%를 고체 입자의 수분산액에 첨가하여 90% 이상의 전환율로 중합시키고,e) 이어서 1 이상의 단량체의 잔류물을 이의 소모 속도에 따라 중합 상태하에 연속 첨가하는,1 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체를 수성 매질에 분산 분포시키고, 이를 1 이상의 분산 분포되고 미분된 무기 고체 및 1 이상의 분산제의 존재하에 1 이상의 유리-라디칼 중합 개시제를 사용하여 유리-라디칼 수성 에멀젼 중합 방법으로 중합시키는 방법으로 제조되는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미분된 무기 고체가 규소 화합물인 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미분된 무기 고체가 열분해형(pyrogenic) 및/또는 콜로이드성 실리카, 이산화 규소 졸 및/또는 필로실리케이트를 포함하는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합체가 공중합된 형태의 0.01% 내지 5 중량%의 실록산 기 함유 1 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체를 포함하는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 경우에 수성 코팅 물질의 고체 함량을 기준으로,5% 내지 85 중량%의 복합재 입자,0.05% 내지 20 중량%의 아나타제 개질된 미세분말 이산화 티타늄,5% 내지 60 중량%의 추가적 미세분말 안료,0% 내지 80 중량%의 미세분말 충전제, 및0% 내지 10 중량%의 추가적 통상적인 보조제를 포함하는 수성 코팅 물질.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 코팅 물질의 기판 코팅을 위한 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성 코팅 물질을 기판에 적용시키고, 중합체가 막을 형성하는 조건 하에 이를 건조시키는 것을 포함하는, 코팅된 기판의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 사용된 기판이 플라스틱, 금속, 목재, 종이 또는 광물질 기판인 방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 따른 방법으로 수득가능한 코팅된 기판.
