Claims (3)
- 축심 주위로 회전되는 공구본체와, 그 공구본체의 축심주위로 나선상으로 요입형성된 복수의 나선홈과, 그 나선홈을 따라 형성되는 복수의 외주날과, 그 외주날에 연장형성되어 상기 공구본체의 바닥부에 형성되는 단부날을 구비한 엔드밀에 있어서,외주날의 제1 여유각은 0°를 넘고 약 3°이하의 범위로 되고,상기 외주날의 제1 여유폭은 외경(D)에 대하여 0.005D 이상 0.03D 이하의 범위로 되며,상기 복수의 외주날 각각의 나선각은 모두 거의 동일하게 구성됨과 아울러 35°이상 40°이하의 범위로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드밀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나선홈 표면의 최대높이조도는 2㎛ 이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드밀.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단부날의 표면을 형성하는 개쉬를 구비하고, 그 개쉬 표면의 최대높이조도는 2㎛ 이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔드밀.
