Description
Claims (9)
- 사전에 설정된 구동 정전압을 공급하는 구동 정전압부;상기 구동 정전압부의 구동 정전압을 칼라 LED 구동을 위해 복수의 구동전류로 변환하고, 상기 복수의 구동전류는 적색 LED용 구동전류, 녹색 LED용 구동전류 및 청색 LED용 구동전류를 포함하는 구동 회로부;상기 구동 회로부로부터의 복수의 구동전류중, 온도 변화에 따른 상기 적색 LED용 구동전류 및 녹색 LED용 구동전류의 각 변동을 보상하는 온도 보상부; 및상기 온도 보상부로부터의 구동전류 및 상기 구동 회로부로부터의 구동전류에 의해 각각 점등되는 복수의 칼라 LED를 포함하는 LED 부를 구비하는 칼라 LED의 구동 장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 보상부는,상기 적색 LED용 구동전류 및 녹색 LED용 구동전류를 온도 변화에 따라 보상하는 NTC 써미스터; 및상기 NTC 써미스터에 병렬로 연결되어 상기 적색 LED용 구동전류 및 녹색 LED용 구동전류의 선형성을 보상하는 선형 보상용 저항를 포함하는 칼라 LED의 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 온도 보상부는,상기 적색 LED용 구동전류를 온도 변화에 따라 보상하는 제1 NTC 써미스터와, 상기 제1 NTC 써미스터에 병렬로 연결되어 상기 적색 LED용 구동전류의 선형성을 보상하는 제1 선형보상용 저항을 포함하는 제1 온도 보상회로; 및상기 녹색 LED용 구동전류를 온도 변화에 따라 보상하는 제2 NTC 써미스터와, 상기 제2 NTC 써미스터에 병렬로 연결되어 상기 녹색 LED용 구동전류의 선형성을 보상하는 제2 선형보상용 저항을 포함하는 제2 온도 보상회로를 구비하는 칼라 LED의 구동 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 NTC 써미스터는,상기 제2 NTC 써미스터의 온도 센싱 감도보다 더 높은 온도 센싱 감도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 LED의 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 LED 부(400)는,하나의 구동전류에 의해 구동되는 복수의 칼라 LED를 포함하는 제1 LED부(410);다른 하나의 구동전류에 의해 구동되는 복수의 칼라 LED를 포함하는 제2 LED부(420); 및또 다른 하나의 구동전류에 의해 구동되는 복수의 칼라 LED를 포함하는 제3 LED부(430)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 LED의 구동 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 LED부(410)는복수의 적색 LED로 이루어지는 경우, 상기 적색 LED 구동전류(Ird)에 의해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 LED의 구동 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2 LED부(420)는,복수의 녹색 LED로 이루어지는 경우, 상기 녹색 LED 구동전류(Igd)에 의해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 LED의 구동 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제3 LED부(430)는,복수의 청색 LED로 이루어지는 경우, 상기 청색 LED 구동전류(Ibd)에 의해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 LED의 구동 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1,제2 및 제3 LED부(410~430) 각각은,적색 LED, 녹색 LED 및 청색 LED중 적어도 2가지의 칼라 LED를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 LED의 구동 장치.
