Claims (7)
- 아세트산을 사용하여 pH 를 조정한 콜라겐 희석 용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐 스펀지의 제조 방법.
- 미가교 콜라겐 스펀지를 글루타르알데히드 휘발 가스 중에서 가교하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐 스펀지의 제조 방법.
- 콜라겐 희석 용액에 글루타르알데히드를 첨가하고, 동결 건조시켜 가교 콜라겐 스펀지를 조제하는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 콜라겐 스펀지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 콜라겐 스펀지의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 콜라겐 스펀지와, 수분 투과성 고분자 물질의 박막으로 이루어지는 수분 투과 조절층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 피부.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 콜라겐 스펀지의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 콜라겐 스펀지를 사용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 조직 배양 기재.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,보강재를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포 조직 배양 기재.
- 적어도, 수분 투과성 고분자 물질의 박막으로 이루어지는 수분 투과 조절층과 콜라겐 스펀지층을 갖는 인공 피부를 제조하는 방법으로서,미가교 콜라겐 스펀지에 글루타르알데히드 가교 처리하고, 동결 건조시켜서 가교 콜라겐 스펀지를 조제한 후, 상기 가교 콜라겐 스펀지 상에 상기 수분 투과 조절층을 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공 피부의 제조 방법.
