Claims (10)
- 다음 단계를 포함하는, 적어도 두 개의 반응 용기 내에서 비-결정화 조건 하에서 이산화염소의 연속 제조 방법:제1 반응 용기에 알칼리 금속 염소산염, 무기산 및 과산화수소를 공급하여 상기 제1 반응 용기 내에 유지되는 산성 반응 매질을 형성하는 단계,상기 반응 매질 내에서 알칼리 금속 염소산염, 과산화수소 및 무기산을 반응시켜 이산화염소 및 무기산의 알칼리 금속염을 형성하는 단계,상기 제1 반응 용기 내 반응 매질로부터 이산화염소를 가스로서 회수하는 단계,무기산, 알칼리 금속 염소산염 및 무기산의 알칼리 금속염을 포함하는 감손된 반응 매질을 상기 제1 반응 용기로부터 회수하여 제2 반응 용기에 공급하는 단계,상기 제2 반응 용기 내 반응 매질에 과산화수소를 공급하고 9 내지 75 밀리몰/리터의 알칼리 금속 염소산염의 농도에서 반응 매질을 유지하는 단계,반응 매질에서 알칼리 금속 염소산염, 과산화수소 및 무기산을 반응시켜 이산화염소 및 무기산의 알칼리 금속염을 형성하는 단계,상기 제2 반응 용기 내 반응 매질로부터 이산화염소를 가스로서 회수하는 단계, 및무기산 및 무기산의 알칼리 금속염을 포함하는 감손된 반응 매질을 상기 제2 반응 용기로부터 회수하는 단계.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 반응 용기 내 알칼리 금속 염소산염의 농도가 14 내지 56 밀리몰/리터임을 특징으로 하는 이산화염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 반응 용기 내 알칼리 금속 염소산염의 농도가 20 내지 47 밀리몰/리터임을 특징으로 하는 이산화염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불활성 가스(inert gas)가 반응 용기에 블로잉됨을 특징으로 하는 이산화염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방법에 공급되는 클로라이드(chloride)의 전체 양은 알칼리 금속 염소산염 공급량의 1 몰% 미만임을 특징으로 하는 이산화염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 반응 용기 내 반응 매질의 온도는 우세 압력(prevailing pressure)에서 끓는점 미만임을 특징으로 하는 이산화염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 반응 용기 내 반응 매질의 산성도는 4 내지 14 N으로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 이산화염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 무기산은 황산임을 특징으로 하는 이산화염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 반응 용기 내 반응 매질은 0.05 내지 2.5 몰/리터인 알칼리 금속 염소산염의 농도, 6 내지 12 N의 산성도, 40 내지 80℃의 온도, 80 내지 110 kPa의 절대 압력에서 유지되며, 반면에 제2 반응 용기 내 반응 매질은 14 내지 56 밀리몰/리터인 알칼리 금속 염소산염의 농도, 6 내지 12 N의 산성도, 40 내지 80℃의 온도, 80 내지 110 kPa의 절대 압력에서 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 이산화염소의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 매질과 접촉하는 장비의 적어도 일부분은 티타늄으로 제조되거나 또는 티타늄으로 안감을 댄 것임을 특징으로 하는 이산화염소의 연속 제조 방법.
