Claims (6)
- 고유 점도가 0.70 내지 1.00 dL/g, 분자량 분포(Mz/Mn)가 3.0 이상인 동시에 디에틸렌글리콜 함유량이 2.3 몰% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 성형용 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 얽힘점간 중합도 이상의 분자량 성분을 20 중량% 이상의 양으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 성형용 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지 중의 중량 평균 분자량 500∼2000 범위의 저분자량 성분이 1.1 중량% 이하인 압축 성형용 폴리에스테르 수지.
- 고유 점도가 0.60 내지 0.79 dL/g 및 분자량 분포(Mz/Mn)가 2.50 내지 3.50인 폴리에스테르 수지 A와, 고유 점도가 0.80 내지 1.30 dL/g 및 분자량 분포(Mz/Mn)가 2.80 내지 4.00인 폴리에스테르 수지 B를 폴리에스테르 수지 A 및 폴리에스테르 수지 B의 고유 점도의 차가 0.15 이상이 되도록 조합하여 용융 혼련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 성형용 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지 A와 상기 폴리에스테르 수지 B를 5:95∼95:5의 중량비로 이용하는 압축 성형용 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조 방법.
- 고유 점도가 0.60 내지 0.79 dL/g 및 분자량 분포(Mz/Mn)가 2.50 내지 3.50인 폴리에스테르 수지 A와, 고유 점도가 0.80 내지 1.30 dL/g 및 분자량 분포(Mz/Mn)가 2.80 내지 4.00인 폴리에스테르 수지 B를, 폴리에스테르 수지 A 및 폴리에스테르 수지 B의 고유 점도의 차가 0.15 이상이 되도록 조합하여 용융 혼련한 폴리에스테르 수지의 용융 수지 덩어리를 압축 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리폼 제조 방법.
