Claims (30)
- 보강구조를 이루는 보조수단을 구성하는 구조요소에 있어서:구조요소 여러개를 서로 연결하기 위한 결합지점을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제1항에 있어서, 철근을 고정하기 위한 홀딩수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구조요소 여러개를 결합하기 위한 제1 결합지점을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 구조요소를 지지요소에 결합하기 위한 제2 결합지점을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2 결합지점이 제1 결합지점과 일치하여 비슷한 구조요소들을 서로 결합할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 눈금이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 철근을 고정하기 위한 홀딩수단을 설치하기 설치지점을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제7항에 있어서, 다수의 설치지점들이 일정 간격으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 설치지점에 홀딩수단을 착탈 가능하게 설치할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제7항 내지 제9항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 설치지점이 원형 구멍인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제7항 내지 제10항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 홀딩수단을 설치지점에 여러 방향으로 설치할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 제7항 내지 제11항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 설치지점과 동일한 결합지점을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조요소.
- 절단하거나 구부려 제1항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 따른 구조요소를 만드 는 것을 특징으로 하는 기본요소.
- 제7항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 따른 구조요소에 설치하기에 적합하고, 철근을 고정하기 위한 홀딩수단.
- 제14항에 있어서, 여러 치수의 철근들을 고정하기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 홀딩수단.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 여러개의 철근들을 고정하기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 홀딩수단.
- 제14항 내지 제16항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 구조요소에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀딩수단.
- 제14항 내지 제17항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 구조요소에 대해 여러 방향으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀딩수단.
- 제14항 내지 제17항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 탄성 형상을 취하고, 구조요소의 구멍에 끼울 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀딩수단.
- 제14항 내지 제19항의 어느 하나에 있어서, V자 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 홀딩수단.
- 보강재 제작을 위한 보조수단에 있어서:제1항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 따른 구조요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조수단.
- 제21항에 있어서, 제14항 내지 제20항의 어느 하나에 따른 홀딩수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조수단.
- 보강재 제작을 위한 보조수단의 제작 방법에 있어서:제1항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 따른 구조요소를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 구조요소들을 여러개 서로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제23항 또는 제24항에 있어서, 상기 구조요소를 지지요소에 연결하는 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제23항 내지 제25항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 제14항 내지 제20항의 어느 하나에 따른 홀딩수단을 제7항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 따른 구조요소에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 상기 홀딩수단을 구조요소에 대해 원하는 방향으로 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제23항 내지 제27항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 제13항에 따른 기본요소를 절단하거나 구부려 구조요소를 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 보강재 제작 방법에 있어서:제21항 또는 제22항에 따른 보조수단을 이용해 다수의 철근들을 원하는 위치와 방향으로 설치하되, 와이어로 묶거나 용접을 하여 이들 철근들을 서로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제29항에 있어서, 제14항 내지 제20항의 어느 하나에 따른 홀딩수단을 이용해 철근을 신속히 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
