Description
Claims (22)
- 퍼지 가스를 펌핑 장치에 공급하는 퍼지 가스 공급 방법에 있어서,가요성 모세 튜브를 사용하여 퍼지 가스를 펌핑 장치의 포트로 운반하는 운반 단계를 포함하는퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모세 튜브의 치수는 상기 포트로의 퍼지 가스의 유량을 결정하도록 설정되는퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,각각의 상기 모세 튜브의 내경 및 길이 중 적어도 하나는 상기 포트로의 퍼지 가스의 소망의 유량을 제공하도록 선택되는퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 튜브로의 상기 퍼지 가스의 소스를 상기 펌핑 장치를 사용하는 동안 발생된 진동으로부터 실질적으로 격리시키도록 상기 튜브의 가요성이 선택되는퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 튜브에 공급된 상기 퍼지 가스의 압력이 조절되는퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가요성 튜브가, 소스로부터의 퍼지 가스의 흐름을 수용하는 유입부를 구비하는 구조물의 유출부에 연결되는퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 구조물이 복수 개의 유출부를 가지며, 각각의 상기 유출부가 상기 펌핑 장치의 각각의 포트에 연결되는퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,각각의 상기 유출부가 각각의 모세 튜브를 사용하여 각각의 포트에 연결되는퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구조물이 매니폴드를 포함하는퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 퍼지 가스가 비활성 가스, 바람직하게는 질소 및 헬륨 중 하나인퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 퍼지 가스를 펌핑 장치에 공급하는 공급 방법에 있어서,소스로부터의 퍼지 가스의 흐름을 수용하는 단계와,상기 수용된 퍼지 가스를 가요성 모세 튜브를 사용하여 상기 펌핑 장치의 포트로 운반하는 단계를 포함하는퍼지 가스 공급 방법.
- 퍼지 가스를 펌핑 장치로 공급하는 퍼지 가스 공급 장치에 있어서,소스로부터의 퍼스 가스의 흐름을 수용하는 수단과,상기 수용된 퍼지 가스를 상기 펌핑 장치의 포트로 운반하는 가요성 모세 튜브를 포함하는퍼지 가스 공급 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 튜브의 치수가 이것을 통한 퍼지 가스의 유량을 결정하도록 설정되는퍼지 가스 공급 장치.
- 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 튜브의 가요성이 상기 펌핑 장치를 사용하는 동안 생성된 진동으로부터 상기 수용 수단을 실질적으로 격리하도록 선택되는퍼지 가스 공급 장치.
- 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수용 수단이 소스로부터의 퍼지 가스의 흐름을 수용하는 유입부와,가요성 튜브에 연결된 적어도 하나의 유출부를 포함하는퍼지 가스 공급 장치.
- 제 12 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수용 수단이 복수 개의 유출부를 가지며, 각각의 유출부가 상기 펌핑 장치의 각각의 포트에 연결되는퍼지 가스 공급 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,각각의 상기 유출부가 각각의 모세 튜브를 사용하여 각각 포트에 연결되는퍼지 가스 공급 장치.
- 제 12 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 수용 수단이 매니폴드를 포함하는퍼지 가스 공급 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 매니폴드가 이것의 상기 유출부 또는 각각의 유출부에 공급되는 유체의 압력을 조정하는 수단을 포함하는퍼지 가스 공급 장치.
- 퍼지 가스의 유동을 수용하는 유입부 및 상기 퍼지 가스를 펌핑 장치에 공급하는 적어도 하나의 유출부를 가진 구조체와, 선택된 크기의 튜브가, 상기 펌핑 장치의 포트로 퍼지 가스의 유동을 운반하는 상기 유출부 또는 각각의 유출부에 연결될 수 있도록 하는 상이한 크기의 복수 개의 가요성 모세 튜브를 포함하는파트로 이루어진 키트.
- 제 20 항에 있어서,상기 복수 개의 상기 가요성 모세 튜브의 적어도 일부가 상이한 내경을 갖는파트로 이루어진 키트.
- 제 20 항 또는 제 21 항에 있어서,상기 가요성 모세 튜브가 예정된 길이로 절단될 수 있는파트로 이루어진 키트.
