Claims (3)
- 내연기관의 피스톤용 오일 스크레이퍼 링으로서,상기 오일 스크레이퍼 링은 박판(1)을 포함하며, 상기 박판의 섭동면(h)은 상기 박판의 주위에 걸쳐 연장되는 정점선(3)을 구비한 비대칭형 크라운 형상을 가지며,상기 박판(1)은 상기 피스톤의 링 홈(7) 내에 배치되며 상기 링 홈은 각각 서로 평행하게 배열되는, 피스톤 헤드의 반대 방향을 향하는 링 홈 측면(6)과 상기 피스톤 헤드를 향하는 링 홈 측면(5)을 포함하는, 내연기관의 피스톤용 오일 스크레이퍼 링에 있어서,상기 박판 측면들(2, 2')은, 섭동면(h)에 이르기까지 소정의 각도(α)로 반경 방향으로 외향으로 서로 수렴하면서 연장되며, 상기 박판 측면들 중 하나가 피스톤 헤드를 향하는 링 홈 측면(5)에 위치하는 경우, 상기 박판은 단지 박판의 정점선(3)만이 실린더 벽(8)과 접촉하며, 그리고 박판 측면들 중 하나가 피스톤 헤드의 반대 방향을 향하는 링 홈 측면(6)에 위치하는 경우, 상기 박판은 단지 박판의 섭동면(h)의 제 1 섹션(I)만이 실린더 벽(8)과 접촉하며, 여기서 상기 박판(1)의 섭동면(h)의 단면은- 공식 h(x) = ax + bx2 의 2차 다항식을 따르는 비대칭 형상을 갖는 제 1 섹션(I), 여기서 x 는 mm 단위로 직교좌표계의 섭동면 좌표를 나타내며, 그리고 a, b 는 계수를 나타내며, 여기서 a 는 박판 폭에 대한 박판의 축 방향 측면 유격의 비로 정의되며, 그리고 b 는 섭동면 곡률의 값으로 정의되며;- 에지로서 구현되는 캐링 정점(carrying vertex)(II) h(x = 0); 그리고- 함수 h(x) = cx2 을 따르는 비대칭 형상의 제 3 섹션(III), 여기서 c 는 b 의 수배,인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 피스톤용 오일 스크레이퍼 링.
- 제1항에 있어서,피스톤에 오일 스크레이퍼 링의 조립된 상태에서는 섭동 면(h)의 정점 선(3)은 피스톤헤드 측과 반대방향에 위치한 링 홈 측면(6) 쪽에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 피스톤용 오일 스크레이퍼 링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 링 홈(7)에서 반경 방향에 따라 내측으로 연장되는 박판 측면(2, 2')은, 피스톤의 왕복운동에 따르는 박판의 선회운동의 접선 점(T)을 형성하는 단부면(E)에 의하여 결합 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 피스톤용 오일 스크레이퍼 링.
