Claims (3)
- 직류 전원이 전원 스위치를 통해 부하에 공급되는 전원 공급기의 돌입 전류 제한 회로에 있어서,상기 인가되는 직류 전원에 대한 초기 돌입 전류를 제한하기 위해 상기 직류 전원과 직렬 연결되는 제1 저항과,상기 제1 저항과 병렬 연결되고, 스위칭 제어 신호에 따라 턴 온 됨으로써 상기 직류 전원이 직접적으로 부하에 공급되도록 제어하는 스위칭 수단과,상기 스위칭 수단을 제어하기 위해 상기 스위칭 수단의 입력부와 연결되며, 상기 직류 전원이 턴 온 된 후 일정 시간 경과 후, 상기 스위칭 수단으로 스위칭 신호를 공급하는 스위치 제어 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 상기 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 제어 수단은,상기 저항 및 커패시터에 충전되는 시정수 구간 이후 베이스로 공급되는 전류에 의해 상기 스위칭 수단으로 스위칭 신호를 공급하는 트랜지스터를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 상기 회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 제어 수단은,상기 시정수 구간을 형성하며, 상기 시정수 구간 이후 상기 트랜지스터의 베이스로 전류를 공급하는 하나 이상의 저항 및 커패시터를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 상기 회로.
