Claims (18)
- (a) 프로필렌 연쇄 부분의 아이소택틱ㆍ펜태드 분율이 0.90 이상인 프로필렌 단독 중합체 또는 프로필렌계 블록 공중합체, (b) (a) 성분이 프로필렌 단독 중합체인 경우, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 0.5 ∼ 15 질량%, (a) 성분이 프로필렌계 블록 공중합체인 경우, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 0 ∼10 질량%, (c) 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 0 ∼ 20 질량%, 및 (d) 무기계 조핵제: (a) 성분, (b) 성분 및 (c) 성분의 합계량 100 질량부에 대하여 0.4 ∼ 3.0 질량부로 이루어지는 조합을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A).
- 제 1 항에 있어서,프로필렌 단독 중합체 또는 프로필렌계 블록 공중합체의 프로필렌 연쇄 부분의 아이소택틱ㆍ펜태드 분율이 0.95 이상인 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,(a) 성분이 프로필렌 단독 중합체인 경우, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무가 0.5 ∼ 10 질량% 인 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 중의 α-올레핀 단위의 탄소수가 4 ∼ 12 인 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무의 밀도가 840 ∼ 900㎏/㎥ 인 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고밀도 폴리에틸렌이 밀도 935㎏/㎥ 이상이고, (a) 성분과 (b) 성분의 합계량에 대하여 1 ∼ 20 질량% 함유한 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,무기계 조핵제가 탤크인 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A).
- 총 두께가 200㎛ 이상인 다층 구조체로서, 상기 다층 구조체의 적어도 한 층이 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A) 로 이루어지고, 또한 그 수지 조성물층의 두께가 총 두께의 50% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조체.
- 총 두께가 200㎛ 이상인 다층 구조체로서, 상기 다층 구조체 중 적어도 한 층이 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성 물 (A) 로 이루어지고, 또한 그 수지 조성물층의 두께가 총 두께의 50% 이상임과 함께, 프로필렌계 수지 또는 프로필렌계 수지 조성물 (B) 로 이루어지는 표면층과, 그 표면층과 인접하고, 프로필렌계 수지 80 질량% 미만 및 프로필렌계 수지 이외의 열가소성 수지 20 질량% 이상의 조합을 포함한 수지 조성물 또는 수지 (C) 로 이루어지고, 두께가 총 두께의 0.1 ∼ 10% 인 박리 기능층을 구비하고, 상기 표면층을 포함한 표층부의 박리 강도가 적어도 1.0 ∼ 10N/10㎜ 폭인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 구조체.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 기재된 다층 구조체를 열성형하여 얻어지는 용기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,식품 용기인 용기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A) 로 이루어지는 압출 성형품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A) 로 이루어지는 사출 성형품.
- 폴리올레핀 수지를 기재로 하여, (d) 성분을 고농도로 함유하는 마스터배치 를 미리 제조한 후, 이것과 그 외의 성분을 드라이블렌드한 원료를 사용함으로써, 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 무기계 조핵제 함유 수지 조성물 (A) 로 이루어지는 성형품을 얻는 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,성형품이 다층 구조체인 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,성형품이 용기인 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,성형품이 압출 성형품인 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,성형품이 사출 성형품인 성형품의 제조 방법.
