Claims (8)
- 결정성 수지를 일성분으로 하는 네트워크 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 바인더 수지.
- 이하의 (1)~(3)의 요건을 모두 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 바인더 수지.(1) DSC 측정에서 측정되는 결정 융해열량이 5J/g 이상이고, 또 융해 피크 온도가 60~120℃이다.(2) 180℃에서의 저장 탄성률(G')이 100Pa 이상이다.(3) Carr Purcel Meiboom Gill(CPMG)법을 이용해서 행하는 펄스 NMR 측정에서, 구해지는 1H핵의 자유 유도 감쇠 곡선(FID)의 초기 시그널 강도를 100%로 했을 때, 20ms의 상대 시그널 강도가 30% 이하이고, 또 80ms의 상대 시그널 강도가 20% 이하이다.
- 테트라하이드로퓨란(THF) 가용분과 THF 불용분으로 이루어지고, 덩어리상의 당해 수지를 THF에 침지했을 때, 덩어리상의 수지 전체가 팽윤하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 바인더 수지.
- 제3항에 있어서,THF 불용분을 SEM 관찰에 제공했을 때에 다공 구조가 관찰되며, 또 당해 THF 불용분의 결정 융해열량이 수지 전체의 결정 융해열량의 1.5배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 바인더 수지.
- 제3항에 있어서,THF 가용분이 스티렌 아크릴계 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 바인더 수지.
- 제3항에 있어서,THF 불용분으로서, 결정성 폴리에스테르를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 바인더 수지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관능기를 갖는 모노머량이 투입 총모노머량에 대해서 8중량% 이상이고, 또 피크 분자량이 2만 이상인 비결정성 수지(X), 관능기를 갖는 모노머량이 투입 총모노머량에 대해서 5중량% 미만이고, 또 피크 분자량이 1만 미만인 비결정성 수지(Y) 및, 결정성 수지(Z)를 용융 혼련 반응시키는 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 토너용 바인더 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 토너용 바인더 수지를 포함하는 것 을 특징으로 하는 토너.
