Claims (6)
- 바닥면에 복수개의 포로스 플러그를 구비하는 래들과, 상기 래들의 용강에 하부단이 침적되도록 칼럼에 승하강가능하게 조립된 아암에 구비되는 스노클과, 상기 스노클의 내부에 하부단이 배치되도록 구비되는 취입랜스를 갖추어 래들내의 용강을 승온시키는 CHIS 설비에 있어서,상기 아암의 좌우양단에 구비되는 가이더를 따라 왕복이동할 수 있도록 좌우양측에 복수개의 휠부재를 구비하고, 상기 스노클의 상부가 조립되는 스노클 트랜스퍼카;상기 스노클 트랜스퍼카의 일단에 작동선단이 연결되어 상기 가이더를 따라 상기 스노클 트랜스퍼카를 전후진 왕복이동시킬 수 있는 외력을 제공하는 적어도 하나의 작동부재를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 CHIS 정련설비의 스노클 이동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 아암은 하부면에 상기 래들의 상부면을 덮을 수 있고, 상기 스노클이 관통배치되는 배치공을 관통형성한 방열판을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 CHIS 정련설비의 스노클 이동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 배치공은 상기 스노클의 이동방향으로 길게 관통형성되는 장공임을 특 징으로 하는 CHIS 정련설비의 스노클 이동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스노클 트랜스퍼카의 상부면에는 상기 스노클의 상부단을 클램핑할 수 있도록 제 1,2클램퍼와, 상기 제 1,2클램퍼를 클램핑/언클램핑 작동시키는 클램핑용 실린더를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 CHIS 정련설비의 스노클 이동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제 1,2클램퍼중 어느 일측에는 상기 스노클의 상부단에 구비된 피동기어와 맞물리는 구동기어를 일방향으로 구동시켜 상기 스노클을 회전구동시키는 회전용 모터를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 CHIS 정련설비의 스노클 이동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스노클 트랜스퍼카는 상기 래들이 올려지는 래들대차의 이동방향과 직교하는 방향으로 수평이동되도록 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 CHIS 정련설비의 스노클 이동장치.
