Claims (11)
- 어레이기판과 컬러필터기판;상기 어레이기판상에 형성된 제1박막트랜지스터와 제2박막트랜지스터;상기 제1박막트랜지스터에 접속된 제1화소전극과 상기 제2박막트랜지스터에 접속된 제2화소전극;상기 컬러필터기판상에 형성된 블랙매트릭스, 컬러필터층 및 공통전극; 및상기 어레이기판과 컬러필터기판사이에 개재된 액정층;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1화소전극의 면적과 제2화소전극의 면적은 다른 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어레이기판과 컬러필터기판배면 각각에 편광판이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1화소전극과 제2화소전극사이에 절연막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치.
- 어레이기판과 컬러필터기판을 제공하는 단계;상기 어레이기판상에 제1박막트랜지스터와 제2박막트랜지스터을 형성하는 단계;상기 제1박막트랜지스터에 제1화소전극을 접속시키고, 상기 제2박막트랜지스터에 제2화소전극을 형성하는 단계;상기 컬러필터기판상에 블랙매트릭스, 컬러필터층 및 공통전극을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 어레이기판과 컬러필터기판사이에 액정층을 개재시키는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1화소전극의 면적과 제2화소전극의 면적은 다르게 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 어레이기판과 컬러필터기판배면 각각에 편광판을 마련하는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1화소전극과 제2화소전극사이에 절연막을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 어레이기판과 컬러필터기판에 액정을 배향하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 한 픽셀내의 액정배향은 2-도메인으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 협시야각의 경우 실제 화소정보를 주는 전압은 제2박막트랜지스터에만 전달되고, 제1박막트랜지터는 픽셀전반에 동일한 화소전위가 인가될 수 있는 보상신호로 이용되는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 제조방법.
