Claims (4)
- (a) C1∼C4의 탄화수소 및 이산화탄소를 포함하는 공급원료와 예열된 수증기를 메탄 분해반응기(Methane Cracker)에 도입하여 C1∼C4의 탄화수소에서 메탄으로의 크래킹 반응을 통해서 적어도 90부피% 이상의 메탄가스와 나머지는 수소, 이산화탄소, 일산화탄소 및 미반응 수증기를 포함하는 연료 혼합물을 얻는 단계;(b) 상기 연료 혼합물을 삼중개질반응기에 유입시키고 산화제를 주입하면서 삼중개질촉매층을 통과시켜 이산화탄소 드라이 개질반응(CO2 dry reforming) 및 스팀 개질반응(steam reforming)을 동시에 수행하여 수소, 일산화탄소 및 미반응물을 포함하는 반응생성물 가스 혼합물을 얻는 단계; 및(c) 상기 반응생성물 가스 혼합물을 냉각시킨 후 기액분리과정(gas-liquid separation)을 통해서 수소 및 일산화탄소를 포함하는 합성가스를 분리, 회수하는 단계;를 포함하며,여기서, 상기 삼중개질촉매는 14.03∼17.32중량%의 Ni, 1.16∼1.43중량%의 Ce, 6.93∼8.55중량%의 ZrO2, 16.36∼20.20중량%의 MgO, 20.05∼24.75중량%의 Cr 및 31.47∼38.85중량%의 γ-Al2O3를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중개질반응을 이용한 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 단계의 반응온도는 900∼1200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중개질반응을 이용한 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급원료 중의 (ⅰ) C1∼C4의 탄화수소, (ⅱ) 이산화탄소 및 (ⅲ) 예열된 수증기와, (ⅳ) 산화제의 공급량은 각각 (ⅰ) 22.94∼38.17부피%, (ⅱ) 29.01∼35.78부피%, (ⅲ) 9.54∼17.65부피% 및 (ⅳ) 20.35∼23.85부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중개질반응을 이용한 합성가스의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계에서 얻어진 합성가스 중 H2/CO의 성분비(부피 기준)가 0.8∼1.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 삼중개질반응을 이용한 합성가스의 제조방법.
