Claims (5)
- 마사토와 점질토 등의 녹화기반재와 화학비료 등의 양생재를 포함하여 경사면등의 법면을 안정화시키기 위해 토양의 복원에 사용하는 법면 녹화재에 있어서,식생식물인 향토혼합토종 및 물과 함께 고흡수성 폴리머 PVA를 토양안정제로 첨가하여 혼합하고 상기 법면에 취부하여;상기 토양안정제인 고흡수성 폴리머 PVA는 법면녹화재내에 균일하게 분포하고 지속적인 물의 공급이 없이도 초기 식물의 발아에 필요한 물을 식물에 공급하며, 겔상태가 되어 상기 법면에 부착망이 없이 견고하게 부착되어 식물의 유실을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머 PVA를 활용한 법면녹화재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고흡수성 폴리머 PVA는 공지된 기술의 PVA분말에 일정량의 물을 첨가하여 섞은 용액상태로 주변의 물을 장시간동안 포함하여 증발을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머 PVA를 활용한 법면녹화재.
- 절개지의 경사면을 안정화시키기 위한 토양의 복원에 사용되는 법면 녹화재에 있어서,마사토 20중량%, 점질토10중량%, 유기비료 20중량%, 질석 15중량%를 혼합하여 구성하는 녹화기반재와;피트머스 10중량%, 코코피트 14.5중량%, 톱밥 10중량%, 화학비료 0.5중량%를 혼합하여 구성하는 양생재와;식생식물로서 향토혼합토종 25g/㎡당과 물 500ℓ/㎥당을 사용하고;상기 녹화기반재, 양생재, 향토혼합토종 및 물과 함께 고흡수성 폴리머 PVA 1㎏/㎥당를 토양안정제로서 첨가하여 함께 혼합함으로써, 상기 토양안정제인 폴리머 PVA는 법면녹화재내에 균일하게 분포하고 지속적인 물의 공급이 없이도 초기 식물의 발아에 필요한 물을 식물에 공급하며, 겔상태가 되어 상기 법면에 부착망이 없이 견고하게 부착되어 식물의 유실을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머 PVA를 활용한 법면녹화재.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 고흡수성 폴리머 PVA는 공지된 기술의 PVA분말 1㎏을 영상 20℃정도의 깨끗한 물 0.1㎥에 서서히 저어 1% 용액을 만든 후;상기 1% 용액을 4ton의 물에 부어 충분히 섞인 상태로 장시간동안 물을 포함할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머 PVA를 활용한 법면녹화재.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,필요에 따라 토양단립제로 시멘트응집제를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고흡수성 폴리머 PVA를 활용한 법면녹화재.
