- 제1항에 있어서, 포스파타아제가 피타아제인 효소 조성물.

- 제11항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과립이 1,000 내지 80,000 FTU/g, 바람직하게는 2,000 내지 70,000 FTU/g, 바람직하게는 3,000 내지 60,000 FTU/g, 보다 바람직하게는 4,000 내지 50,000 FTU/g, 보다 바람직하게는 5,000 내지 15,000 FTU/g 범위의 피타아제 활성을 갖는 방법.
- 제11항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 효소-함유 과립.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 및(또는) 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 안정화된 고체 및(또는) 액체 조성물을 적어도 1종의 동물 사료 물질 또는 성분과 혼합하는 것을 포함하는, 동물 사료, 또는 동물 사료에 대한 프리믹스 또는 전구체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 및(또는) 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 안정화된 고체 및(또는) 액체 조성물을 적어도 1종의 식품 물질 또는 성분과 혼합하는 것을 포함하는, 인간 영양원에 적합한 조성물, 또는 프리믹스 또는 전구체의 제조 방법.
- 제27항 또는 제28항에 있어서, 사료 또는 식품 물질과 제1항 내지 제10항 및(또는) 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 안정화된 고체 및(또는) 액체 조성물의 혼합물을 멸균하거나 증기로 처리하고, 펠렛화하고, 임의로 건조시키는 방법.
- 인간 및(또는) 동물 영양원을 위한, 제1항 내지 제10항 및(또는) 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 안정화된 고체 및(또는) 액체 조성물의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 및(또는) 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 안정화된 고체 및(또는) 액체 조성물을 포함하는 식이를 동물에 공급하는 것을 포함하는, 동물의 성장을 촉진하고(하거나) 사료 전환율을 개선하기 위한 방법.
