Claims (9)
- 극성에 따라 반대전하로 대전된 오염물질이 흡착되며, 서로 대향하도록 배치된 적어도 두 개의 집진판들;상기 집진판들을 대전시키기 위하여, 상기 집진판들에 전압을 인가시키는 전원장치; 및상기 집진판들 사이의 오염물질을 포함하는 공기를 이온화시키기 위하여, 상기 집진판들 사이에 X-선을 조사하도록 배치된 X-선관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-선을 이용한 전기집진장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 집전판들 중 적어도 하나는 상기 집전판들이 서로 대향하는 방향으로 돌출부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-선을 이용한 전기집진장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 X-선관은 양극투과형 X-선관인 것을 특징으로 하는 X-선을 이용한 전기집진장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 양극투과형 X-선관의 양극판은 상기 집진판들 중 가장 바깥쪽의 양극으 로 대전된 집진판에 부착되고,상기 양극투과형 X-선관의 양극전원은 상기 가장 바깥쪽의 양극으로 대전된 집전판의 양극전원과 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-선을 이용한 전기집진장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 X-선관은 상기 집진판들 중 가장 바깥쪽의 집진판의 외부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-선을 이용한 전기집진장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 X-선관은 상기 집진판들 사이의 공간의 열려진 측면 방향에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-선을 이용한 전기집진장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 집진판은 탄소판인 것을 특징으로 하는 X-선을 이용한 전기집진장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 탄소판은 다공성탄소판인 것을 특징으로 하는 X-선을 이용한 전기집진장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 집진판들이 오염된 경우, 상기 오염된 집진판에 물을 흘림으로써, 상기 오염된 집진판을 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X-선을 이용한 전기집진장치.
