Claims (24)
- a) i) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 85%의 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 및ii) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 15% 내지 약 90%의 폴리올 (여기서, 폴리올의 작용가는 약 2 내지 약 3이고 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 약 1.5% 내지 약 14%의 NCO(%) 함량, 70℃에서 약 50 cps 내지 약 5,000 cps의 점도, 약 0.5% 미만의 잔류 자유 단량체 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 함량, 및 약 40% 미만의 올리고머 함량을 가지도록 선택됨)을 포함하는, 예비중합체 블렌드의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체 ; 및b) 예비중합체 블렌드의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 또는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 유사-예비중합체 (여기서, 상기 예비중합체 블렌드의 NCO(%) 함량은 약 5% 내지 약 25%임)를 포함하는 예비중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트가 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 65% 내지 약 100%의 2,4-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 및 약 0% 내지 약 35%의 2,6-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것인 예비중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트가 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 75%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 예비중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리(테트라메틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜), 산화에틸렌으로 캡핑된 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜), 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(아디프산에틸렌), 폴리(아디프산프로필렌), 폴리(아디프산부틸렌), 폴리(카프로락톤), 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리프로필렌 글리콜, 트리메틸올 프로판 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 예비중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 25% 내지 약 90%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 예비중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 약 0.1% 미만 함량의 잔류 자유 단량체 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트를 갖는 것인 예비중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 약 15% 미만 함량의 올리고머를 갖는 것인 예비중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트가 약 10 중량% 내지 약 90 중량%의 2,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 약 10 중량% 내지 약 90 중량%의 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것인 예비중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예비중합체 블렌드의 중량을 기준으로, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 약 20% 내지 약 80%의 양으로 존재하고 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 또는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 유사-예비중합체가 약 20% 내지 약 80%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 예비중합체 블렌드.
- 제1항에 있어서, NCO(%) 함량이 약 7% 내지 약 10%인 예비중합체 블렌드.
- A) a) i) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 85%의 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 및ii) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 15% 내지 약 90%의 폴리올 (여기서, 폴리올의 작용가는 약 2 내지 약 3이고 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 약 1.5% 내지 약 14%의 NCO(%) 함량, 70℃에서 약 50 cps 내지 약 5,000 cps의 점도, 약 0.5% 미만의 잔류 자유 단량체 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 함량, 및 약 40% 미만의 올리고머 함량을 가지도록 선택됨)을 포함하는, 예비중합체 블렌드의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체와;b) 예비중합체 블렌드의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 또는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 유사-예비중합체 (여기서, 상기 예비중합체 블렌드의 NCO(%) 함량은 약 5% 내지 약 25%임)의 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 예비혼합 블렌드 (폴리우레아 탄성체의 중량을 기준으로 함); 및B) 폴리우레아 탄성체의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 아민-말단 사슬 연장제 또는 가교제를 포함하는 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트가 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 65% 내지 약 100%의 2,4-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 및 약 0% 내지 약 35%의 2,6-톨루엔 디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트가 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 75%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리(테트라메틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜), 산화에틸렌으로 캡핑된 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜), 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜), 폴리( 아디프산에틸렌), 폴리(아디프산프로필렌), 폴리(아디프산부틸렌), 폴리(카프로락톤), 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리프로필렌 글리콜, 트리메틸올 프로판 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리올이 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 25% 내지 약 90%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 약 0.1% 미만 함량의 잔류 자유 단량체 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트를 갖는 것인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 약 15% 미만 함량의 올리고머를 갖는 것인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트가 약 10 중량% 내지 약 90 중량%의 2,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 및 약 10 중량% 내지 약 90 중량%의 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 예비중합체 블렌드의 중량을 기준으로, 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 약 20% 내지 약 80%의 양으로 존재하고 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 또는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 유사-예비중합체가 약 20% 내지 약 80%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, A)에서 예비중합체 블렌드의 NCO(%) 함량이 약 7% 내지 약 20%인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 아민-말단 사슬 연장제 또는 가교제가 디에틸톨루엔디아민, 디메틸티오톨루엔디아민, 알킬 메틸렌디아닐린, 디아미노폴리(프로필렌 글리콜), 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜)트리아민 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리우레아 탄성체의 중량을 기준으로, A)에서 예비혼합 블렌드가 약 20% 내지 약 80%의 양으로 존재하고 B)에서 아민-말단 사슬 연장제 또는 가교제가 약 20% 내지 약 80%의 양으로 존재하는 것인 폴리우레아 탄성체.
- a) i) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 85%의 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트와,ii) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 15% 내지 약 90%의 폴리올을 반응시키고 (여기서, 폴리올의 작용가는 약 2 내지 약 3이고 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 약 1.5% 내지 약 14%의 NCO(%) 함량, 70℃에서 약 50 cps 내지 약 5,000 cps의 점도, 약 0.5% 미만의 잔류 자유 단량체 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 함량, 및 약 40% 미만의 올리고머 함량을 가지도록 선택됨),i) 및 ii)에서 형성된 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체로부터 단량체 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트를 제거함으로써제조한 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체를 제공하는 단계; 및b) 예비중합체 블렌드의 중량을 기준으로, a)로부터 얻은 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체를 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 또는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 유사-예비중합체와 혼합하는 단계 (여기서, 상기 예비중합체 블렌드의 NCO(%) 함량은 약 5% 내지 약 25%임)를 포함하는, 예비중합체 블렌드의 제조 방법.
- A) a) i) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 85%의 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트와,ii) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 15% 내지 약 90%의 폴리올을 반응시키고 (여기서, 폴리올의 작용가는 약 2 내지 약 3이고 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체가 약 1.5% 내지 약 14%의 NCO(%) 함량, 70℃에서 약 50 cps 내지 약 5,000 cps의 점도, 약 0.5% 미만의 잔류 자유 단량체 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 함량, 및 약 40% 미만의 올리고머 함량을 가지도록 선택됨),i) 및 ii)에서 형성된 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체로부터 단량체 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트를 제거함으로써제조한 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트 예비중합체와;b) 예비중합체 블렌드의 중량을 기준으로 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 또는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 유사-예비중합체 (여기서, 상기 예비중합체 블렌드의 NCO(%) 함량은 약 5% 내지 약 25%임)의 예비혼합 블렌드를 제공하는 단계; 및B) 폴리우레아 탄성체의 중량을 기준으로, A)로부터 얻은 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 예비혼합 블렌드를 약 10% 내지 약 90%의 아민-말단 사슬 연장제 또는 가교제와 반응시켜 폴리우레아 탄성체를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리우레아 탄성체의 제조 방법.
