Claims (10)
- 커버 바텀(cover bottom);상기 커버 바텀 상에 복수개의 평행한 열로 배치된 PCB(Printed Circuit Board);상기 각각의 PCB 상에 소정 간격을 갖고 배치된 복수개의 광원;상기 광원으로부터 나오는 광을 상부로 반사시키는 반사판; 및상기 반사판 배면에 형성되어, 상기 복수개의 광원에서 나오는 열을 방열시키는 흑연판(graphite spreader)을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 광원은 LED인 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 LED는LED 칩;상기 LED 칩이 장착된 몸체;상기 몸체를 상기 흑연판에 연결하는 리드 단자; 및상기 LED 칩을 커버하며, LED 칩으로부터 나오는 광을 투과시키는 렌즈를 포 함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 PCB 상에 상기 LED의 리드 단자가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 반사판 및 흑연판은 상기 LED 렌즈 하측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흑연판은 상기 커버 바텀보다 열 전도율이 높은 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흑연판은 입자 상태로 이루어진 흑연을 응고시켜 판상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흑연판은 평탄한 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 흑연판은 열 전도율이 400내지 800W/mK인 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 커버 바텀;상기 커버 바텀 상에 복수개의 평행한 열로 배치된 PCB;상기 각각의 PCB 상에 소정 간격을 갖고 배치된 복수개의 LED;상기 복수개의 LED 주변에 형성되며, 상기 복수개의 LED에서 나오는 광을 상부로 반사하는 반사판;상기 반사판 배면에 형성된 흑연판;상기 복수개의 LED 상에 배치된 광학 쉬트;상기 광학 쉬트 상에 형성된 액정 패널;상기 광학 쉬트 및 액정 패널을 지지하는 가이드 패널; 및상기 액정 패널의 가장 자리 및 가이드 패널과 커버 바텀의 측부를 감싸는 케이스 탑을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
