Claims (5)
- 복수의 노즐를 포함하여 구성되는 적어도 하나의 헤드;상기 각각의 노즐에서 분사액이 정상적으로 토출되는지를 실시간으로 검사하는 노즐 감시 장치; 및상기 헤드로 분사액을 공급하는 분사액 공급부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯(Ink-Jet) 인쇄장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 감시 장치는,상기 노즐에 일대일 대응되는 복수의 광센서; 및불량으로 판정된 노즐을 정상의 노즐로 대체하여 인쇄하도록 상기 헤드를 구동하는 제어부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 인쇄장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 광센서는,상기 헤드의 일측에 장착되어 상기 노즐로부터 토출된 분사액의 이동 경로 상에 광을 조사하는 발광부; 및상기 헤드의 타측에 장착되어 상기 발광부로부터 조사된 빛을 감지하여 빛의 세기에 따라 해당 노즐로부터 분사된 분사액의 분사량 및 분사상태를 검사하는 수광부를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 인쇄 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분사액 공급부와 상기 헤드를 연결하는 분사액 공급관을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 인쇄장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분사액은 평판표시장치 제조용 배향액 또는 스페이서 용액 또는 컬러필터 용액 또는 전자 발광소자 용액임을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 인쇄장치.
