Claims (14)
- 균일한 층 두께를 갖는 금속 산화물 코팅된 SiO2 플레이크를 포함하는 색채 플롭(flop)을 갖는 효과 안료로서, 색채 플롭이 a,b 색채 좌표 시스템(CIELAB L,a,b 시스템)의 4분면 중 모든 4개의 분면에 걸쳐 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 효과 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,균일한 층 두께를 갖는 SiO2 플레이크의 층 두께 오차가 입자의 전체 건조 층 두께의 3 내지 10%인 것을 특징으로 하는 효과 안료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,SiO2 플레이크의 두께가 520 내지 560nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 효과 안료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,SiO2 플레이크의 직경이 1 내지 250㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 효과 안료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금속 산화물이 산화철 및/또는 이산화티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 효과 안료.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,산화철이 적철광(α-Fe2O3) 형태로 존재하고, 이산화티탄이 금홍석 변형으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효과 안료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금속 산화물 층의 두께가 15 내지 40nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 효과 안료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기 코팅제가 효과 안료에 추가적으로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 효과 안료.
- 균일한 층 두께를 갖는 SiO2 플레이크를, 금속 산화물을 사용하여 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항에 따른 효과 안료의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,SiO2 플레이크가 520 내지 560nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,금속 산화물을 사용하는 코팅을 층 두께가 15 내지 40nm이 되도록 수행하는 제조방 법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금속 산화물을 사용하는 코팅을 습윤 화학 방법 및/또는 CVD 또는 PVD 공정에 의해 수행하는 제조방법.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,금속 산화물이 산화철 및/또는 이산화티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 화장품, 페인트, 코팅제, 플라스틱, 필름으로서의, 안전 인쇄에서의, 증권 및 신용 어음에서 안전 특징으로서의, 시드(seed) 착색용으로서의, 식품 착색용으로서의, 약제 코팅제로서의, 또는 안료 조성물 및 건조 제제의 제조용으로서의, 제 1 항에 따른 효과 안료의 용도.
