Claims (11)
- ⒜ 금형장치의 형폐공정 종료 전에 상기 금형장치의 복수의 캐비티 내로의 성형재의 충전을 개시하고,⒝ 상기 형폐공정 종료 전에 상기 성형재의 충전을 완료하고,⒞ 상기 형폐공정 종료 후에 상기 금형장치의 형체공정을 행하여,⒟ 각 캐비티 내에 충전된 성형재의 양을 제어하면서, 성형품을 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형방법.
- ⒜ 캐비티 내에 진퇴하는 압형(押型)을 후퇴시킨 상태에서, 금형장치의 복수의 캐비티 내로의 성형재의 충전을 개시하고,⒝ 형폐공정 종료 전에 상기 성형재의 충전을 완료하고,⒞ 상기 형폐공정 종료 후에 상기 금형장치의 형체공정을 행하여,⒟ 각 캐비티 내에 상기 압형을 진입시켜서, 충전된 성형재의 양을 제어하면서, 성형품을 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,각 캐비티 내에 충전된 성형재의 양은, 각 캐비티의 게이트 홀을 폐색(閉塞)하는 게이트 핀에 의해서 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,각 게이트 핀의 제어는, 독립된 압력제어 또는 속도제어에 의해서 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형방법.
- ⒜ 분리면을 구비하는 고정금형과,⒝ 이 고정금형의 분리면에 밀어붙여져서 밀착하는 분리면을 구비하고, 상기 고정금형에 대하여 전진하는 가동금형과,⒞ 상기 고정금형 및 가동금형 사이에 형성된 복수의 캐비티와,⒟ 각 캐비티 주위의 분리면의 한쪽에 고정되는 기부(基部) 및 돌출부를 구비하는 인서트 링과,⒠ 각 캐비티 주위의 분리면의 다른쪽에 형성되고, 상기 인서트 링의 돌출부를 수납하는 링 형상의 오목홈과,⒡ 각 캐비티의 게이트 홀을 폐색(閉塞)하는 게이트 핀과,⒢ 각 게이트 핀의 동작을 독립적으로 제어하여, 각 캐비티 내에 충전된 성형재의 양을 제어하는 구동장치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 금형.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 구동장치는, 각 캐비티 내에 충전된 성형재의 압력이 소정치 미만이 되도록 각 게이트 핀의 동작을 독립적으로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 금형.
- 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 게이트 홀은, 가열장치를 구비하는 성형재의 유로(流路)와 캐비티를 연결되어 통하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 금형.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 성형방법에 의해서 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,형상이 상이하고, 상호 조합가능한 복수의 성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- ⒜ 금형장치에 의해서 성형품을 성형하는 성형기로서,⒝ 상기 금형장치는, 분리면을 구비하는 고정금형과,⒞ 이 고정금형의 분리면에 밀어붙여져서 밀착하는 분리면을 구비하고, 상기 고정금형에 대하여 전진하는 가동금형과,⒟ 상기 고정금형 및 가동금형 사이에 형성된 복수의 캐비티와,⒠ 각 캐비티 주위의 분리면의 한쪽에 고정되는 기부(基部) 및 돌출부를 구비하는 인서트 링과,⒡ 각 캐비티 주위의 분리면의 다른쪽에 형성되고, 상기 인서트 링의 돌출부 를 수납하는 링 형상의 오목홈과,⒢ 각 캐비티의 게이트 홀을 폐색하는 게이트 핀과,⒣ 각 게이트 핀의 동작을 독립적으로 제어하여, 각 캐비티 내에 충전된 성형재의 양을 제어하는 구동장치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기.
- 청구항 10에 있어서,각 게이트 핀의 제어는, 독립된 압력제어 또는 속도제어에 의해서 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형기.
