Claims (2)
- 격벽을 사이로 일측에는 버너, 열교환기 및 송풍기가 하부에서부터 순차적으로 배치된 열교환실과, 타측에는 상기 열교환실의 상부 및 하부와 연통되면서 다수열의 잎담배 걸이용 렉크가 설치된 건조실로 이루어진 하우징을 갖는 잎담배 건조기에 있어서,상기 열교환실의 하부에는 상기 건조실을 순환한 일부의 습한 공기를 방출시키는 배출구와 외부공기를 내부로 흡입하는 흡입구와 상기 배출구 및 상기 흡입구를 제어하는 자동배습장치가 형성되고, 상기 송풍기는 상기 열교환실의 열을 상측으로 송풍시키고, 상기 건조실의 상부에는 상기 송풍기에서 송풍되는 열풍을 건조실내로 골고루 분배하기 위하여 다공판이 장착되며, 상기 열교환실의 외벽에 설치되어 모든 제어를 총괄하는 콘트롤박스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍량제어 하향 송풍식 열풍순환 벌크 건조기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환실과 상기 건조실을 연통시키는 상기 격벽 하부의 순환로에는 순환되는 열풍의 온도 및 습도를 체크하는 온도감지센서 및 습도감지센서가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍량제어 하향 송풍식 열풍순환 벌크 건조기.
