Claims (5)
- 2개의 철망층(steel wire mesh layer)으로 모두 실질적으로 보강되는 2개의 폭이 넓고 두께가 얇은 콘크리트 층(2)(3)들을 포함하고,상기 콘크리트 층들은 적어도 2개의 얇은 스틸 스트립 웨브(4)들로서 패널의 전체 길이를 통하여 연속적으로 서로 연결되어 상기 콘크리트 층들 사이에는 넓은 갭이 형성되고, 상기 갭에는 내측으로 내측 콘크리트 층과 부착되는 단열재(10)가 부분적으로 채워지고 공간(11)의 나머지 부분은 에어 통기를 위하여 사용되며,상기 스트립-웨브(4)들은 그 단부를 따라 배열 용접된 다수의 스틸 루프(7)들을 통하여 양측 콘크리트 층들에 고정되고, 상기 스틸 루프(7)는 상기 철망들의 간격을 유지하는 짧은 스틸 막대 앵커(8)들이 끼워지는 구멍(9)들을 포함하고, 추가로 세로방향 보강 바(6)들 또는 프리프레싱 강연선들이 콘크리트층을 통과하는 복합 벽-패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 인접한 양측 콘트리트 층의 윗부분이 약간 돌출하고 확장되는 콘크리트 층(2)(3)에 고정되는 내장형 스틸 튜브(14)를 구비하는 지주형(bearing) 지붕 평탄-소핏(flat - soffit) 유닛(13)을 위한 지지 구조(special spports)를 포함하고,상기 스틸튜브(14)는 상기 스틸 웨브(4)들에 수직하게 용접되어 지붕 하중이 스틸튜브에서 양측 콘크리트 층(2)(3)까지 그 중심방향으로 응력 집중 없이 점진적으로 전달되며,연결은 상기 지붕-천장 유닛(13)의 소핏 플레이트(soffit plate)가 2개의 구멍(49)들을 통하여 위로 이동되고 너트로서 고정되는 상기 튜브(14)의 상단 표면에서부터 위로 신장되는 2개의 볼트(50)들로서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 벽-패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 튜브(14)에 직각으로 통과하는 스틸 웨브(4)들을 구비하는 양측 콘크리트 층에 고정되는 내장형 스틸 튜브(14)들의 노출을 가능하게 하는 내측 콘크리트 층의 끊어진 부분을 따라 형성되는 수평방향 홈(38)의 내측에 있는 지주형 바닥 유닛(29)을 위한 지지구조를 포함하고,벽-패널(1)에 대한 강성 바닥 유닛(29)의 연결은 상기 벽 패널의 겹쳐진 웨브(4)들과 상기 홈의 내측에서 볼트와 너트(40)로서 바닥 유닛의 노출된 웨브(32)들을 연결하여 수행되고, 이후 상기 홈은 콘크리트로 타설되며,상기 바닥 유닛의 하부 콘크리트 층(31)은 웨브에 인접한 슬롯(39)내에서 미끄러지는 벽 패널의 웨브(4)를 구비한 상태로 미리 상기 튜브(14)에 받쳐지고, 이후 상기 연결은 추가적인 작업없이 조인트들을 따라 상부 및 하부 측면들의 단부들을 곧게 연결하여 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 벽-패널.
- 약간의 바닥 유닛(29)들을 포함하는 복합 내력 수직 벽-패널(1)들과 복합 지붕-천장 유닛(13)들로 구성된 건물 건축 구조에 있어서,상기 벽-패널(1)은 건물의 주변을 따라 배열된 세로방향 소켓(22)들을 구비하는 스트립 프리 캐스트 기초(18)에 외팔보로서 일렬로 견고하게 고정되고,상기 바닥-천장과 바닥 유닛(29)들의 폭을 정확히 일치하는 상기 벽-패널(1)의 폭은 연결부품들의 정확한 일치를 보장하여 모든 평탄 내면을 구비하는 건물은 어떠한 기둥(column)이나 빔(beam)을 포함하지 않고 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 건물 건축구조.
- 제 4항에서 기재된 복합 내력 수직 벽-패널(1)과 복합 지붕-천장(13) 및 지붕 유닛(29)들로 시공된 자립형(self-stable) 건물의 횡 버팀 구조(machanism)에 있어서,세부부품(54)들로서 인접 단부(edges)들을 따라 서로 연결된 모든 적용 지붕-천장 플레이트(13)들이 형성하는 강성 수평 면(51)에 그 상단이 부착된 후, 외팔보(cantilever)로서 일시적으로 장착되고 견고하게 고정되는 벽-패널(1)은, 그들의 접촉부분을 따라 지붕 유닛의 단부 플레이트들을 박공 벽 패널들과 연결하여 전체 구조물을 받치고 횡방향 안정성을 확실하게 함으로서 크게 감소된 좌굴 길이를 구비하여 횡방향 측방이동(sideway)이 억제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건물의 횡 버팀 구조.
