Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 경화성 수지를 함침하고 외면에 기밀성이 높은 필름을 코팅해서 이루어지는 관 형상 수지 흡수재의 일단에 플랜지를 형성하고, 상기 관 형상 수지 흡수재의 외주면에 밀봉 튜브를 분리 가능하게 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 지관 라이닝 재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 튜브는 관 형상 수지 흡수재의 전체 길이보다 길고, 관 형상 수지 흡수재의 플랜지와 반대측의 단부는 폐지되며, 한쪽 플랜지측의 단부는 플랜지 보다 길게 연장되고 개방되어 개구단을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 지관 라이닝 재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 튜브의 개구단은 지관 라이닝 재를 반전시키기 위한 압력 백에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지관 라이닝 재.
- 경화성 수지를 함침하고 외면에 기밀성이 높은 필름을 코팅해서 이루어지는 관 형상 수지 흡수재의 일단에 플랜지를 형성하고, 상기 관 형상 수지 흡수재의 외주면에 밀봉 튜브를 분리 가능하게 부착한 지관 라이닝 재를 그 플랜지를 뒤집은 상태에서 본관 내로 도입하고, 상기 지관 라이닝 재의 플랜지를 본관의 지관 개구 부 가장자리에 밀착시킨 상태에서 지관 라이닝 재를 유체압에 의해 지관 내로 본관측으로부터 지상을 향해서 반전 삽입하며, 상기 지관 라이닝 재를 지관의 내주면에 가압한 채로 상기 지관 라이닝 재에 함침된 경화성 수지를 경화시킨 후, 상기 밀봉 튜브를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지관 라이닝 공법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,본관 내에 이동 가능하게 도입된 작업용 로봇에 유지된 셋트 노즐에 압력 백의 개구단을 부착하고, 상기 압력 백에 상기 지관 라이닝 재를 내장하고, 상기 지관 라이닝 재의 플랜지를 상기 압력 백 밖으로 향하게 하여 이것을 상기 셋트 노즐 상에 셋팅하고, 상기 플랜지를 본관의 지관 개구부 둘레 가장자리에 밀착시킨 상태에서 상기 압력 백 내에 압력 유체를 공급해서 지관 라이닝 재를 지관 내로 반전 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지관 라이닝 공법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 지관 라이닝 재에는 열경화성 수지를 함침시키고, 상기 밀봉 튜브의 폐지된 일단에는 견인 로프와 호스를 부착하며, 상기 지관 라이닝 재의 지관으로의 반전 삽입에 의해 상기 견인 로프와 호스를 지관 내로 인입하여, 상기 호스에 의해 공급되는 열매로 지관 라이닝 재에 함침된 상기 열경화성 수지를 가온해서 경화시키고, 상기 열경화성 수지가 경화된 후, 상기 견인 로프를 이용하여 상기 밀봉 튜브를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지관 라이닝 공법.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밀봉 튜브의 타단을 상기 압력 백에 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 지관 라이닝 공법.
- 경화성 수지를 함침하고 외면에 기밀성이 높은 필름을 코팅해서 이루어지는 관 형상 수지 흡수재의 일단에 플랜지를 형성하고, 상기 관 형상 수지 흡수재의 외주면에 밀봉 튜브를 분리 가능하게 부착한 지관 라이닝 재를 그 플랜지를 뒤집은 상태에서 본관 내로 도입하고, 상기 지관 라이닝 재의 플랜지를 본관의 지관 개구부 둘레 가장자리에 밀착시킨 상태에서 지관 라이닝 재를 유체압에 의해 지관 내로 본관측으로부터 지상을 향해서 반전 삽입하며, 지관 라이닝 재의 밀봉 튜브를 지상으로 돌출시키고, 상기 지관 라이닝 재를 지관의 내주면에 가압한 채로 지상에 돌출된 밀봉 튜브를 통해서 공급되는 열매에 의해 상기 지관 라이닝 재에 함침된 경화성 수지를 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 지관 라이닝 공법.
