Description
Claims (13)
- 산화 환원 효소에 의해, 분석 대상물로부터, 미디에이터를 통하여, 환원에 의해 발색하는 발색제에 전자를 전달하고, 그 결과 발생하는 상기 발색제의 발색을 측정함으로써, 상기 분석 대상물의 정성 혹은 정량을 행하는 비색 분석 방법에 사용하는 시약으로서, 산화 환원 효소, 미디에이터 및 환원에 의해 발색하는 발색제를 포함하고, 상기 미디에이터가 구리 착체, 철 착체, 오스뮴 착체 및 루테늄 착체로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제1항에 있어서, 착체의 배위자의 배위 원자가 질소, 산소 및 황으로 이루어지는 그룹의 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 착체의 배위자가 암모니아, 비피리딜 화합물, 이미다졸 화합물, 페난트롤린 화합물, 에틸렌디아민 화합물, 아미노산, 트리아진 화합물, 비퀴놀린 화합물, 피리딜아조 화합물, 니트로소 화합물, 옥신 화합물, 벤조티아졸 화합물, 아세틸아세톤 화합물, 안트라퀴논 화합물, 크산텐 화합물, 옥살산 및 상기 각 화합물의 유도체로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제3항에 있어서, 배위자의 배위 위치 이외에 있어서의 수소 원자의 적어도 1 개가 치환기에 의해 치환된 배위자인 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제4항에 있어서, 치환기가 알킬기, 아릴기, 알릴기, 페닐기, 히드록시기, 알콕시기, 카르복시기, 카르보닐기, 술폰기, 술포닐기, 니트로기, 니트로소기, 1급 아민, 2급 아민, 3급 아민, 아미노기, 아실기, 아미드기 및 할로겐기로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제1항에 있어서, 착체가 배위자를 2종류 이상 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화 환원 효소가 탈수소 효소 혹은 산화 효소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발색제가 테트라졸륨염인 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제8항에 있어서, 테트라졸륨염이 니트로페닐기, 티아졸릴기 및 벤조티아졸릴기의 적어도 1개의 기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제8항에 있어서, 테트라졸륨염이 MTT, INT, 네오-TB, 니트로-TB, TB, WST-1, WST-3, WST-4, WST-5, WST-8, 2-(2-벤조티아졸릴)-3,5-디페닐테트라졸륨브로마이 드, 2-(2-벤조티아졸릴)-3-(4-니트로페닐)-5-페닐테트라졸륨브로마이드, 2,3-비스(4-니트로페닐)-5-페닐테트라졸륨클로라이드, 2,3-디(4-니트로페닐)테트라졸륨퍼클로레이트, 3-(3-니트로페닐)-5-메틸-2-페닐테트라졸륨클로라이드, 및, 3-(4-니트로페닐)-5-메틸-2-페닐테트라졸륨클로라이드로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1개의 발색제인 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분석 대상물이 글루코오스, 콜레스테롤, 요산, 피루브산, 크레아틴, 크레아티닌 혹은 유산이며, 산화 환원 효소가 상기 각 물질에 대응하는 탈수소 효소 혹은 산화 효소인 것을 특징으로 하는 시약.
- 제1항의 시약을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비색 분석용 시험편.
- 제12항에 있어서, 추가로, 무기 겔을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시험편.
