Description
Claims (6)
- 소정의 하우징에 지지된 축의 외주를 밀봉하는 리프형 실에 있어서,상기 하우징의 구멍에 삽입부착되는 환형의 삽입부착부, 상기 삽입부착부로부터 직경 방향 내측으로 향하여 약 원추환형으로 연장하여 상기 축에 접촉할 수 있는 리프부를 한정하도록 탄성재료에 의해 형성된 실링과,상기 삽입부착부에 접합되는 환형의 접합부, 상기 축을 통과하는 구멍을 한정함과 함께 상기 접합부측으로부터 상기 리프부의 도중의 영역까지 연장하여 상기 리프부를 직경방향 내측으로부터 지지하는 환형의 지지부를 가지는 서포트링을 포함하며,상기 리프부는 상기 지지부와 비접촉으로 되기 시작하는 영역으로부터 선단을 향하여 서서히 얇아지는 선단이 가는 단면형상을 가지는 리프형 실.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 리프부는 상기 서포트링의 지지부와 비접촉으로 되기 시작하는 영역의 두께를 T1, 상기 선단의 두께를 T0로 할 때, α=T0/T1의 값이, 0.3 ~ 0.7로 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프형 실.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 리프부의 선단의 내경을 D0, 상기 축의 외경을 D1으로 할 때, β = (D1 - D0) / D1 의 값이 0.03 ~ 0.15 로 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프형 실.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 리프부는 상기 서포트링의 지지부와 비접촉으로 되기 시작하는 영역의 두께를 T1, 상기 선단의 두께를 T0로 할 때, α=T0/T1의 값이, 0.3 ~ 0.7로 되도록 형성되고,상기 리프부의 선단의 내경을 D0, 상기 축의 외경을 D1으로 할 때, β = (D1 - D0) / D1 의 값이 0.03 ~ 0.15 로 되도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프형 실.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 서포트링의 지지부는 상기 리프부측으로 향하여 돌출형으로 되도록 만곡하여 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 리프형 실.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 실링의 리프부는 그 재질경도가 JIS (DuroA) 경도로 85 도 ~ 98 도인 것을 특징으로 하는 리프형 실.
