Claims (25)
- 섬유 구조체를 구성하는 섬유에 촉매를 담지한 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체로서, 그 섬유의 평균 섬유 직경이 1μm 이하이고, 또한 20μm 이하의 섬유 길이를 갖는 섬유를 실질적으로 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 무기 화합물로 이루어지는 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 광촉매인 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 광촉매가, 그 표면의 적어도 일부를 다른 무기 화합물로 피복한 것인 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매를, 섬유 표면에 부착한 상태에서 담지하고 있는 섬유 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매를, 섬유 내부에 함유하고, 또한 일부의 촉매는 섬유 표면에 노출되도록 함유된 상태에서 담지하고 있는 섬유 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 입자 직경 1∼100μm 의 범위에 있는 입자로서, 그 입자를 섬유 구조체 내에 내포하고, 또한 내포한 촉매 입자의 표면에는 그 촉매 입자와 섬유의 비접촉 부분이 존재하는 상태에서 담지하고 있는 섬유 구조체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 내포를, 촉매 입자의 표면에 1개 또는 복수의 섬유가 적어도 접촉하고 있는 것으로 행하는 섬유 구조체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 1차 입자 직경이 1∼100μm 인 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 유기 고분자로 이루어지는 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 폴리아크릴로니트릴 또는 폴리아크릴로니트릴을 열처리한 화합물로 이루어지는 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 할로겐원소를 함유하는 유기 고분자로 이루어지는 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐원소를 함유하는 유기 고분자가 폴리염화비닐인 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 폴리락트산으로 이루어지는 섬유 구조체.
- 섬유 형성성의 유기 고분자를 용해시켜 용액을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 용액을 정전 방사법으로 방사하는 단계와, 상기 방사에 의해 포집 기판에 누적되는 섬유 구조체를 얻는 단계와, 상기 섬유 구조체에 촉매를 담지시키는 단계를 포함하는 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 용해에 사용하는 용매가 휘발성 유기 용매인 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 촉매의 담지를, 촉매를 함유하는 액에 섬유 구조체를 침지하는 것으로 행하는 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 촉매의 담지를, 촉매를 함유하는 액을 섬유 구조체 표면에 도포하는 것으로 행하는 제조 방법.
- 섬유 형성성의 유기 고분자와 촉매 전구체를 용매에 용해시켜 용액을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 용액을 정전 방사법으로 방사하는 단계와, 상기 방사에 의해 포집 기판에 누적되는 섬유 구조체를 얻는 단계와, 상기 섬유 구조체에 함유되는 촉매 전구체를 처리하여 촉매를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 용해에 사용하는 용매가 휘발성 유기 용매인 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 전구체를 처리하는 방법이 수열처리인 제조 방법.
- 섬유 형성성 화합물을 용매에 용해하여 얻은 용액에, 추가로 촉매 입자를 분산시킨 분산 용액을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 분산 용액을 정전 방사법으로 방사하는 단계와, 상기 방사에 의해 포집 기판에 누적되는 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 입자가 입자 직경 1∼100μm 의 범위에 있는 입자인 섬유 구조체.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 1차 입자 직경이 1∼100μm 인 촉매 담지 섬유 구조체.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 용해에 사용하는 용매가 휘발성 유기 용매인 제조 방법.
