Claims (25)
- (i) 코팅 특성화 장치의 분광광도계를 사용하여, 사전에 설정된 한 세트의 파장에서, 목표 코팅의 목표 부분의 반사율을 측정함으로써, 상기 목표 부분의 목표 분광곡선을 도시하고;(ii) 상기 목표 부분의 목표 분광곡선으로부터 목표 부분의 목표 색값(L, a, b 또는 L, C, h)을 계산하고;(iii) 상기 목표 색값과 일치하는 조합 선택 기준에 따라, 공지된 색소의 저장 목록으로부터 하나 이상의 예비 색소 조합을 선택하고;(iv) 색-일치 기준에 따라, 상기 예비 색소 조합의 각각에서 각각의 공지된 색소의 농도를 결정하고(여기서, 상기 공지된 색소의 농도는 상기 각 예비 색소 조합의 색값과 상기 목표 색값의 최적 일치를 위하여 최적화됨);(v) 색-일치 코팅 조성물내에 비-색소 성분이 존재하도록 상기 예비 색소 조합을 균형맞춤으로써, 특정 최종 용도에 맞도록 개발된 혼합 및 규제 기준에 따라 최적화된 하나 이상의 실행가능한 조합을 만들고;(vi) 특정 최종 용도에 대한 허용도 방정식에 따라, 상기 실행가능한 조합으로부터 특정 최종 용도를 위한 최적 허용도 값을 갖는 최적 실행가능한 조합을 선택하는 것(여기서, 상기 공지된 색소와 비-색소 성분은 상기 최적 실행가능한 조합에 따라 혼합되면, 색-일치 코팅으로서 도포시 상기 목표 코팅의 외관과 시각적으로 색-일치하는 색-일치 코팅 조성물을 형성함)을 포함하는 특정 최종 용도를 위한 색-일치 코팅 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치의 모니터 스크린 상에 상기 최적 실행가능한 조합을 표시하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최적 실행가능한 조합의 상기 성분들을 혼합하여 상기 색-일치 코팅 조성물을 제조하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 색-일치 조성물을 기재 상에 도포하여 상기 목표 코팅의 외관과 시각적으로 일치하는 코팅을 형성하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 자동차 차체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 색-일치 코팅 조성물이 OEM 자동차 도료, 재도장용 자동차 도료, 건축용 도료, 산업용 코팅 조성물, 분말 코팅 조성물, 인쇄 잉크, 잉크젯 잉크, 손톱광택제, 식용색소, 아이새도우 또는 염모제인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 예비 색소 조합이 1 내지 7 가지의 공지된 색소를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(ii)가 (a) 세기가 공지되어 있는 하나의 광빔을 상기 목표 부분을 향해 조사하고, (b) 사전에 설정된 상기 한 세트의 파장에서 상기 목표 부분의 반사율을 하나 이상의 비-거울반사 각도에서 순차적으로 측정하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(ii)가 (a) 세기가 공지되어 있는 하나 이상의 광빔을 하나 이상의 입사 각도로 상기 목표 부분을 향해 순차적으로 조사하고, (b) 사전에 설정된 상기 한 세트의 파장에서 상기 목표 부분의 반사율을 하나의 비-거울반사 각도에서 순차적으로 측정하는 것을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 색-일치 코팅 조성물.
- (i) 분광광도계를 목표 코팅의 목표 부분상에 배치시키기 위한 저부를 갖는 색 특성화 장치의 분광광도계;(ii) 상기 목표 부분의 목표 색값(L, a, b 또는 L, C, h)을 계산하기 위한 수단;(iii) (a) 목표 색공간값과 일치하는 조합 선택 기준에 따라서, 공지된 색소의 저장 목록으로부터 하나 이상의 예비 색소 조합을 컴퓨터로 하여금 선택하도록 컴퓨터 판독 프로그램 코드 장치를 설정하는 수단; (b) 색-일치 기준에 따라서, 상기 예비 색소 조합의 각각에서 각각의 공지된 색소의 농도를 컴퓨터로 하여금 결정하도록 컴퓨터 판독 프로그램 코드 장치를 설정하는 수단(여기서, 상기 공지된 색소의 농도는 상기 각 예비 색소 조합의 색값과 상기 목표 색값의 최적 일치를 위하여 최적화됨); (c) 색-일치 코팅 조성물내에 비-색소 성분이 존재하도록 상기 예비 색소 조합을 컴퓨터로 하여금 균형을 맞추게 함으로써, 특정 최종 용도에 맞도록 개발된 혼합 및 규제 기준에 따라 최적화된 하나 이상의 실행가능한 조합을 생성하도록 컴퓨터 판독 프로그램 코드 장치를 설정하는 수단; 및 (d) 특정 최종 용도에 대한 허용도 방정식에 따라서, 상기 실행가능한 조합으로부터 특정 최종 용도를 위한 최적 허용도 값을 갖는 최적 실행가능한 조합을 컴퓨터로 하여금 선택하도록 컴퓨터 판독 프로그램 코드 장치를 설정하는 수단(여기서, 상기 공지된 색소와 비-색소 성분은 상기 최적 실행가능한 조합에 따라 혼합되면, 색-일치 코팅으로서 도포시 상기 목표 코팅의 외관과 시각적으로 색-일치하는 색-일치 코팅 조성물을 형성함)을 포함하는 컴퓨터 판독 프로그램 코드 수단을 갖는, 색 특성화 장치의 컴퓨터내에 위치한 컴퓨터용 저장 매체를 포함하는 특정 최종 용도를 위한 색-일치 코팅 조성물을 제조하기 위한 색 특성화 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 장치의 모니터 스크린 상에 최적 실행가능한 조합을 컴퓨터로 하여금 표시하도록 컴퓨터 판독 프로그램 코드 장치를 설정하는 수단을 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,(a) 원하는 양의 상기 색-일치 코팅 조성물을 만들기 위해, 상기 최적 실행가능한 조합에 따라 상기 성분들을 분배하라는 신호를 컴퓨터가 생성하도록 컴퓨터 판독 프로그램 코드 장치를 설정하는 수단;(b) 컴퓨터와 연결되어 있는, 상기 성분들을 용기에 분배시키는 분배기;(c) 상기 원하는 양의 색-일치 코팅 조성물의 제조가 완결되었다는 신호를 컴퓨터가 생성하도록 컴퓨터 판독 프로그램 코드 장치를 설정하는 수단; 및(d) 컴퓨터가 상기 분배기에 대하여 상기 성분의 분배를 중단하도록 하는 신호를 생성하도록 컴퓨터 판독 프로그램 코드 장치를 설정하는 수단을 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 용기에 분배된 상기 성분들을 혼합하기 위한 혼합기를 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 휴대용 장치인 장치.
- 제1항의 컴퓨터 판독 프로그램 코드 수단이 저장되어 있는 휴대용 컴퓨터용 저장 매체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 매체가 CD-롬인 휴대용 컴퓨터용 저장 매체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 분광광도계가 다각도 분광광도계인 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 분광광도계가 구형 분광광도계인 장치.
- (i) (사용자가) 코팅 특성화 장치의 분광광도계를 사용하여, 사전에 설정된 한 세트의 파장에서, 목표 기재의 목표 부분의 반사율을 측정함으로써, 상기 목표 부분의 목표 분광곡선을 도시하고;(ii) (사용자가) 상기 목표 부분의 목표 분광곡선으로부터 목표 부분의 목표 색값(L, a, b 또는 L, C, h)을 계산하고;(iii) (장치/컴퓨터가) 상기 목표 색값과 일치하는 조합 선택 기준에 따라, 공지된 색소의 저장 목록으로부터 하나 이상의 예비 색소 조합을 선택하고;(iv) 색-일치 기준에 따라, 상기 각 예비 색소 조합에서 각 공지된 색소의 농도를 결정함으로써 공지된 색소의 하나 이상의 중간 색소 조합을 생성하고(여기서, 각 상기 중간 색소 조합은 상기 목표 색값과 최적 색-일치를 위하여 최적화됨);(v) 색-일치 코팅 조성물내에 비-색소 성분이 존재하도록 상기 중간 색소 조합을 균형맞춤으로써, 특정 최종 용도에 맞도록 개발된 혼합 및 규제 기준에 따라 최적화된, 상기 공지된 색소로 이루어진 하나 이상의 실행가능한 조합을 만들고;(vi) 특정 최종 용도에 대한 허용도 방정식에 따라, 상기 실행가능한 조합으로부터 상기 특정 용도를 위한 최적 허용도 값을 갖는 최적 실행가능한 조합을 선택하는 것(여기서, 상기 최적 실행가능한 조합내의 성분들은 혼합되면, 색-일치 기재로서 형성시 상기 목표 기재의 외관과 시각적으로 색-일치하는 색-일치 수지를 형성함)을 포함하는 특정 최종 용도를 위한 색-일치 수지의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, (a) 상기 최적 실행가능한 조합내 상기 성분들을 수지와 혼합하여 색-일치 수지를 제조하고; (b) 상기 색-일치 수지를 색-일치 기재로 가공하는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 가공 단계가 상기 색-일치 수지의 사출 성형, 블로우 성형, 회전 성형, 열성형 또는 압출을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제20항의 방법에 의해 제조된 색-일치 수지.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 색-일치 기재가 자동차의 계기판 또는 내부 문 패널이고 상기 목표 기재가 자동차 내부 장식품인 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 색-일치 기재가 자동차 범퍼 가드이고 상기 목표 기재가 자동차 차체인 방법.
