Description
Claims (20)

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 지속기간은 제1 범위의 지속기간들 중 하나이고, 상기 제2 지속기간은 제2 범위의 지속기간들 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 범위의 지속기간들은 상기 제2 범위의 지속기간들과 배타적인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 범위의 지속기간들은 상기 제2 범위의 지속기간들과 비 배타적인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 패킷의 상기 유형은 상기 패킷의 결정된 우선순위 레벨에 기초하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 방법.
- 패킷들을 통신하기 위한 통신 매체;상기 통신 매체로부터 상기 패킷들을 수신하기 위한 액세스 포인트;상기 통신 매체로 패킷들을 전송하기 위한 복수의 원격 터미널들로서, 상기 원격 터미널들 중 하나가 전송을 위한 상기 패킷들 중 하나를 가질 때, 상기 하나의 원격 터미널은 상기 통신 매체가 사용중인지 여부를 결정하고, 상기 통신 매체가 사용중일 때, 상기 패킷이 제1 유형일 때는 제1 지속기간, 상기 패킷이 제2 유형일 때는 제2 지속기간 중 하나를 선택하고, 상기 패킷이 상기 제1 유형일 때는 상기 제1 지속기간, 상기 패킷이 상기 제2 유형일 때는 상기 제2 지속기간 중 하나 이후에 상기 패킷을 전송하는 복수의 원격 터미널들을 포함하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1 지속기간은 제1 범위의 지속기간들 중 하나이고, 상기 제2 지속기간은 제2 범위의 지속기간들 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 범위의 지속기간들은 상기 제2 범위의 지속기간들과 배타적인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 범위의 지속기간들은 상기 제2 범위의 지속기간들과 비 배타적인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 패킷의 상기 유형은 상기 패킷의 결정된 우선순위 레벨에 기초하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 시스템.
- 전송될 패킷을 포함하는 전송 대기열로서, 상기 패킷은 적어도 두 개의 패킷 유형들 중 하나인 전송 대기열;통신 매체가 사용중인지 여부를 결정하고, 상기 통신 매체가 사용중일 때, 상기 패킷이 제1 유형일 때는 제1 지속기간, 상기 패킷이 제2 유형일 때는 제2 지속기간 중 하나를 선택하고, 상기 패킷이 상기 제1 유형일 때는 상기 제1 지속기간, 상기 패킷이 상기 제2 유형일 때는 상기 제2 지속기간 중 하나 이후에 상기 패킷을 무선으로 전송하기 위한 송신기를 포함하는 통신 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 통신 장치는 원격 터미널과 액세스 포인트 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제1 지속시간은 제1 범위의 지속시간들 중 하나이고 상기 제2 지속시간은 제2 범위의 지속시간들 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제1 범위의 지속시간들은 상기 제2 범위의 지속시간들과 배타적인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 제1 범위의 지속시간들은 상기 제2 범위의 지속시간들과 비 배타적인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 패킷의 상기 유형은 상기 패킷의 결정된 우선순위 레벨에 기초하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 전송을 위한 패킷을 선택하는 단계로서, 상기 패킷은 적어도 두 개의 패킷 유형들 중 하나인 단계;통신 매체가 사용중인지 여부를 결정하는 단계;상기 통신 매체가 사용중일 때, 상기 패킷이 제1 유형이면 제1 지속시간, 상기 패킷이 제2 유형이면 제2 지속시간 중 하나를 선택하는 단계; 및상기 패킷이 상기 제1 유형이면 상기 제1 지속시간, 상기 패킷이 상기 제2 유형이면 상기 제2 지속시간 중 하나 이후에 상기 패킷을 전송하도록 시도하는 단계를 포함하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,전송하기 위한 상기 시도가 성공하지 못할 때, 상기 패킷이 상기 제1 유형이면 제3 지속시간, 상기 패킷이 상기 제2 유형이면 제4 지속시간을 선택하는 단계;상기 패킷이 상기 제1 유형이면 상기 제3 지속시간, 상기 패킷이 상기 제2 유형이면 상기 제4 지속시간 중 하나 이후에 상기 패킷을 전송하도록 시도하는 단계를 더 포함하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 제1 지속시간은 제1 범위의 지속시간들 중 하나이고 상기 제2 지속시간은 제2 범위의 지속시간들 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 제3 지속시간은 상기 제1 범위의 지속시간들 중 하나이고 상기 제4 지속시간은 상기 제2 범위의 지속시간들 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 음성 및 데이터 무선 통신 방법.
