Description
Claims (10)
- 제품 성형을 위한 금형장치에 있어서,상기 제품을 성형하기 위한 캐비티가 형성된 적어도 한 쌍의 금형과;상기 금형에 마련된 적어도 하나의 파이프수용부와;상기 파이프수용부에 장착되는 히트파이프와;상기 히트파이프와 연결되어 상기 히트파이프를 가열 및 냉각하는 열원부와;상기 열원부가 상기 히트파이프를 선택적으로 가열 또는 냉각하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열원부는 상기 히트파이프의 일측에 접촉가능하게 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 열원부에 가열용 열원 및 냉각용 열원을 선택적으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열원부는 상기 히트파이프에 대응하여 한 쌍으로 마련된 가열용 열원부 및 냉각용 열원부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 파이프수용부는 상기 금형을 관통하며, 상기 가열용 열원부 및 상기 냉각용 열원부는 상기 파이프수용부를 통과한 상기 히트파이프의 양측에 각각 접촉가능하게 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 금형의 가열시 상기 가열용 열원부에 가열용 열원을 공급하고 상기 냉각용 열원부에 냉각용 열원의 공급을 차단하며, 상기 금형의 냉각시 상기 냉각용 열원부에 냉각용 열원을 공급하고 상기 가열용 열원부에 가열용 열원의 공급을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제3항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 가열용 열원은 오일, 물 및 수증기 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며,상기 냉각용 열원은 액화질소가스, 물 및 공기 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 열원부에는 상기 가열용 열원 및 냉각용 열원을 공급 및 배출하는 적어도 하나의 펌프가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열원부에는 상기 열원부의 온도를 측정하는 온도센서가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각 금형은 분리가능하게 마련되며, 상기 파이프수용부는 상기 캐비티의 형상에 대응하여 상기 금형의 분리된 면을 따라 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
