Claims (1)
- 음식물쓰레기처리장치에 있어서 음식물쓰레기 교반실(1)의 바닥에는 공기유입구멍(3)이 다수 있는 공기유입관(2)이 설치되고, 교반날개와 축으로 이루어진 교반기(9)는 모타(6)와 밸트(8)로 구동되게 설치되고, 교반실(1)하부에는 처리된 음식물쓰레기 배출구(7)가 설치되고, 상부에는 투입구(4)와 냄새배출관(10)이 설치되고, 냄새배출관(10) 상에 교반실 공기 흡입을 개폐하는 전동밸브1(11)가 설치되고, 외부 공기 흡입을 개폐하는 전동밸브2(12)가 분기되어 설치되고, 양 전동밸브 후단에 팬(13)이 설치되고, 그 후단에 세척수를 분사하는 펌프(14)와 연결된 노즐(22)이 설치되고, 오존발생 전원장치(16)와 연결된 오존발생부(17)와 촉매필터(18)가 연이어 설치되고, 촉매필터(18) 후단에는 공기배출구(19)와 물통(20) 및 물배출구(21)가 설치되어 교반실(1) 냄새가 팬에 흡입되어 오존발생부(17) 속에서 오존과 냄새가 혼합되어 분해 되고, 잔유 오존과 냄새는 촉매필터(18)에서 2차 탈취되어 공기배출구(19)를 통해 밖으로 배출되며, 산화물질로 오염된 오존발생부(17)와 촉매필터(18)에 세척수를 분사하여 세정하고, 외부 공기로 건조하여 오존발생부와 촉매필터를 기능을 원상회복시켜 탈취기능을 연장하는 것이 특징인 음식물쓰레기처리장치
