Claims (4)
- 가연성이 있는 가교 및 무가교 폴레에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌(PP) 또는 상기 두 재료를 혼합발포하여서 된 통상의 발포체를 3~10mm의 크기로 분쇄하여 입자화시키고, 이를 120~150℃의 열프레스에서 가압성형하거나, 150~200℃의 열풍 또는 히터가 장착된 성형롤러로 성형함을 특징으로 하는 건축용 다공성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 입자에 입자중량 기준으로 핫멜트(hat melt) 등의 열가소성수지 20~30중량%를 더 첨가 혼합하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 건축용 다공성시트의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 입자의 중량을 기준으로 수산화마그네슘 등의 난연재를 5~15% 더 첨가하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 건축용 다공성 시트의 제조방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,제조된 다공성시트 표면에 규산나트륨을 진공함침시키거나 도포함을 특징으로 하는 건축용 다공성 시트의 제조방법.
